There are plenty of attractions for young and not so young: Pecorama in Beer with its beautiful landscaping around their miniature steam railway is a must day out. Seaton has its own tram which you can see crossing the valley from the vantage point of the garden, you can even drive a tram if you book in advance. Bicton park, Escot and Killerton house all have something to offer and if you come in the autumn there will be a carnival in a Devon village somewhere to experience. Bryher is situated in a beautiful area where you can enjoy the local pleasures of walking the South West Coastal Path, fossil hunting at Lyme Regis, stopping for a fresh crab sandwich on Beer beach or a cream tea in Sidmouth after scouring the antique shops in Honiton for a bargain.
