Ideal to relax with your family and kids, 3 km from Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicente and Pollensa Harbour. The privileged location is a few minutes away from Pollensa golf, Alcudia Bay, 6 km away from Formentor and 60 km away from Palma de Mallorca Airport.

The house has a completely equipped kicthen, with 2 fridges, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, ironboard, iron, washing machine. Large lounge/dining area, with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD. Air conditioning. 4 rooms with air-conditioning. Complete bathroom and bathroom with a shower.

Outside you will find large gardens, an orchard, barbecue, shaded and open air furnished terraces, private pool with built in spa, sunbeds, cushions, chairs, spacious parking space.

A charming and secluded villa

A charming and secluded villa in a rural setting half way between Pollenca and Port Pollenca. Great facilities with a full working kitchen, two BBQs, dish washer, washing machine and a fantastic pool convenient for the local Lidl and local activities. Shame the weather wasn't as warm as the welcome we received from Toni. Very easy to contact Toni and good communication through out. We would hope to be back again. Muchas Gracias.

Fantastic villa and pool, great location.

Second time we've stayed at Finca can perello. Fantastic place. Very clean and maintained and well equipped for all your holiday needs. A pleasure seeing Miguel again and enjoying his home grown fruit, vegetables and eggs. The villa is in a perfectly idyllic location being well placed for trips to the beach and restaurants and shops of pollenca. We will certainly be returning in the future!

Beautiful house in great location

We loved our stay in this house. It is 5min from the beach, and 10min from Pollença town, surrounded by nature. The house is in great condition, the pool and garden are wonderful as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed several dinners on the porch, and used the BBQ. Everything worked perfectly well with the house handover. In the middle of the week there was a cleaning service, which was unexpected and a great thing. The owner took care of us and was very responsive. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Wonderful holiday in a typical Mallorcan villa

We had a great stay here at the end of June, very family friendly. Owner was nice and if we needed anything he was round quick and was always happy to assist, lots of fruit growing next door and the neighbour handed us in a basket of fresh items he had picked that morning which was a nice touch, only 5 mins in a taxi to the centre of puerto pollensa but a lovely country feel about the villa. Villa itself was clean and as described, would stay here again in the future

Schöne Finca

Sehr schöne Finka mit allem was man braucht. Toni der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich,

brachte uns zur Finka und erklärte alle wichtigen Details.Die Lage der Finka ist

Optimal, zum Einkauf und Strand nur wenige Kilometer.

Top und sehr erholsam

Die Finca würden wir sowie sie ist immer wieder buchen. Sie liegt ländlich, umgeben von kleinen Bauernhöfen mit Schafen, Hühner und Hähnen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, Schlafräume, Bäder und Wohnzimmer waren groß genug. Wlan in einer guten Qualität ist auch vorhanden. Grill, Waschmaschine, Gefriertruhe, großer Kühlschrank, großer Backofen mit Gasherd und Spülmaschine war alles da und auch in Ordnung.

Das einzige Manko waren die total verkalkten Kaffeemaschinen und der Wasserkocher, die man dort öfter mal austauschen sollte. Wir haben sie nicht benutzt.

Alles andere, wie großer Garten, Terrasse, Kinderplanschbecken usw. war top.

Wir waren dort mit 6 Personen und einem Kind von 2 Jahren im Sept. 2017
