About Pauline Sherratt
Pauline Sherratt purchased this Cottage in 2014
Why Pauline Sherratt chose Bradnop
Lovely short break. Beautiful place. Wanted to stay another night but cottage was already booked.
Lovely, homely place. Very clean. Owner very helpful and friendly. Beautiful setting and lovely garden and plenty of fields for the dogs to run in. Hopefully we will be back.
A well equipped and beautifully presented cottage in a quiet and peaceful location.
This was our first visit to the Peak District and as a result of our experience staying in Little Bent Cottage it will not be our last. The cottage was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the lemon drizzle cake waiting for us on the kitchen table was delicious. Finding 3 lambs in the garden was something of a surprise and could have put a dampener on the holiday as the dogs had nowhere to run about as a result. However, within 3 hours Pauline and her husband had relocated the sheep and our 3 cocker spaniels were able to enjoy their freedom again. The Manifold Valley was very dog friendly for longer walks and we all enjoyed the climb up to Thor's Cave.
Overall this was a very relaxing break and we will definitely be staying at Little Bent Cottage again.
Very nice cottage
The property was a real home from home well presented and very clean unfortunately it rained most days so did not get out and about as much as hoped
one of the best cottages i have stayed in. Owners most charming and helpful. Location is superb. Dog loved the paddocks.
We loved this cottage, really homely. Was like home from home and Pauline was amazing.
Everything has been thought of, fresh eggs and milk, homemade chocolate cake and essentials left in the cottage. Pauline was very friendly with lots of helpful information regarding the local area. We would 100% stay again
Wonderfully relaxing place to stay. Quiet and dog loved the fields to run about in
Really relaxing place to stay. Lovely welcome - including chocolate cake! Beautiful views and countryside. Our own fields to dog walk in. All the usual facilities. Comfortable bed. Excellent advice re where to go and which takeaways to use. Will definately be back to stay here again
