The apartment benefits from a complete refurbishment programme which was completed in December 2014 in readiness for the new 2014/2015 ski season and the summer of 2015. The apartment is receiving high acclaim from all our guests since the refurbishment, for comfort, location and the high standard of finish, decor and design/layout. The apartment is located on the top floor of the apartment unit and is south / south west facing and therefore benefits from stunning views of the Pleney slope and in the distance the mountains of Roc d'Enfer.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the master bedroom is an en-suite with shower, wc and hand wash basin. There is a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath, plus hand wash basin. There is a separate wc.
The living area comprises of an open plan kitchen dining area leading on to the lounge / living room. The kitchen is modern and well designed including electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a plentiful supply of kitchen utensils and crockery etc.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard to complement the surroundings that discerning guests will appreciate and feel comfortable in. A 'home from home' experience!
The living room enjoys great views through two large panoramic windows looking west and north west to Pleney and Montriond respectively. Great for watching the candlelit procession by the ski instructors each week and also the weekly fireworks display.
There are two balconies, one at the front and one at the rear. There is outdoor furniture / chairs available.
The apartment has a cave and a separate ski locker - enabling MTB's / cycles to be stored in summer months and ski equipment in winter season.
The apartment is very well located to enable guests to walk into Morzine within minutes via the Passerelle F. Baud bridge. The Super Morzine lift is literally a 5 minute walk from the apartment with all your ski gear on! There are bus stops for the free 'Navette' to the front and rear of the apartment taking you to either the Linderets Lift (for Chatel / Avoriaz / Suisse sector) or to Morzine for the Pleney lift.
For guests driving to Morzine, there is a private car park with the apartment unit.
