We are a family of three – my wife Kathleen, our daughter Lara and I. We love to travel and after we get our flights arranged, choosing the best value-for money accommodation can be overwhelming. The block of apartments has been built only a few years ago. The penthouse has been furnished during this year so it is brand new. We fell in love with the penthouse because its set up and the sea views it offers from the terrace. Although it is situated in a residential area, it is very close to the promenade and the harbour , and all amenities are within a few minutes reach making it ideal to buy daily needs without wasting too much time. Parking spots are easily accessible in front of the property or in the vicinity. On the other hand it is very easy to get on the main routes to visit the island. Moreover Marsascala is an authentic village which has character. All this makes it ideal for our guests who are looking for a cultural and stress-free holiday.

The highlights of this penthouse are its comfortable set up and the terrace overlooking the horizon and the harbour. The Appartment in Marsascala has all you need The views from both balconies is wonderful It is very peaceful and relaxing. We found the locals very friendly.
We were very surprised to find the people in the little convienience store remembered usfrom being in Marsascala 15 months ago. They were very helpful to us.It was lovely to hear the bells chiming again.
We would highly recommend the penthouse in Marsascala. We also found that we have made two new friends in Jason and his wife, two very nice people.

The Maltese Falcon
Jason and Kathleen were the perfect hosts! A very nice touch from them picking us up and return to the Airport. From the moment we arrived they were so friendly and most helpful to us, as nothing was an inconvenience. The apartment was clean and tidy throughout with spectacular open sea views and cool breezes across Marsakala Bay. The local bus service is very good all Air Conditioned. We found everyone friendly which made our stay here most enjoyable!

The penthouse in Marsaskala was everything we expected, clean, modern and very well equipped. Jason the owner was kind enough to collect us from the airport and also make the return journey. He was extremely helpful, explaining everything we need to know about the apartment and the places of interest on the island. There is a large furnished balcony with sea views and a gas barbecue which we used regularly Next door is a convenience store and a butchers & fishmongers a few minutes walk away so it’s very easy to self cater & relax. Off the large spacious bedroom is another smaller balcony which is great for morning coffee being shaded from the sun until noon. All in all highly recommended for a lovely relaxing holiday in a quieter part of Malta.

Just returned from a wonderful relaxing week at this lovely apartment. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, very much home from home! The balcony at the front of the apartment is huge, with lovely views of Marsascala, a lovely place to chill with a drink. An added bonus was the airport transfers which Jason, the owner provides , he also collected us from a venue of our choice as we had a late return flight, looking after our bags so that we did not have to carry them round with us all day. Overall a wonderful apartment and would recommend to anyone. We would surely return if we were to travel to this area of Malta in the future.
