Springwater View excellent for a large family group.

  • 5 of 5

The property was exactly as described with everything you could need, the hot tub was a great addition.

The property was exceptionally clean, tidy and welcoming.

The owners, Karen and Alistair, could not have been more helpful and friendly and we would wholeheartedly recommend this cottage to friends, relatives and anyone else who reads this review.

The cottage is situated in a quiet village in Teesdale with other villages nearby which together offer a number of pub/restaurants in either short walking or short driving distance. In the general area there

5 star

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was great, well stocked with household essentials, welcome pack including home baked bread, comfortable beds, spacious, clean, well kept. The hot tub was the main reason we booked this cottage but the cottage surpassed all expectations. The village and surrounding areas are beautiful and would definitely like to revisit this wonderful part of the world, and, if so, would be rebooking Springwater view.

great accommodation and friendly welcome

  • 5 of 5

Well equipped and maintained house which lived up to expectations and was as described. Very friendly welcome from owners and fresh bread waiting in the bread maker.

Only problem encountered was flat battery on heating thermostat which was sorted within minutes. Hot tub heated and waiting on arrival (too hot for me, had to turn it down!).

Lovely location for walks and touring Teesdale.
