About the property

Beautifully renovated for Spring 2017, our spacious three bedroom, semi-detached house is located on a quiet residential street in Shoeburyness. Only a 10 minute drive from Southend-on-Sea, the house is a short walk away from Shoeburyness High Street, five minutes walk from Shoeburyness train station and ten minutes walk from the seaside and East Beach. The property has off road parking for one, but is also has great access to public transport.

The house is light and spacious, with plenty of room for you and up to six further guests to relax. Downstairs we have a large living room, with two comfortable sofas (one of which is also a double sofa bed). There is a flat screen Smart TV, so you can sit back and unwind in comfort with freeview TV or your choice of your own Youtube, Netflix accounts etc . Moving into the kitchen/diner by another great space. Our brand new, modern, stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Facilities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual paraphernalia you would expect to find in a practical kitchen. We have a six seater dining table, a further sofa to sit back and relax on, and a further flat screen Smart TV – just in case the kids want to watch something on their own! With fast broadband you are also assured that everyone can take advantage of the free WiFi! Whether you have some work you need to do, simply browsing the internet, or even keeping the kids entertained, you can all enjoy it. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms and a single. Both double bedrooms have beds that can be configured as either one king size or two single beds depending upon your requirements and giving great flexibility of accommodation. There is a family shower room and the master bedroom also has its own en-suite shower room, both newly fitted. All our beds have high quality, semi-orthopaedic mattresses affording the best possible chance of a super comfy nights sleep! Shoeburyness is smaller and quieter than its more famous neighbour Southend-on-Sea but it has some great attractions of its own including a couple of beaches, a 25 hectare nature reserve and even a kite surfing school! Locally there are a number of small shops, for all of your essentials, just a short walk from the house as well as a big name Superstore just a mile from the front door. If you fancy venturing out a little further, about a 10 minute drive away, is Southend Seafront. In fact, all of Southend’s attractions, shopping and entertainment are just a short ride by car, train or bus from Southend itself – around four or five trains run every hour and take just about 10 minutes Those same trains will also ferry you to central London in a little over an hour. So whatever the reason for your stay with us, whether it be business or pleasure - We know you will have a great time. You will have everything you possibly need both at our house, and in the local area, to make your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
