Great Condo & Location!

The Condo had a perfect placement to view the Ocean and the pool from every room. The Decor was beautiful and created a great atmosphere for our family gathering. The beds were comfortable and everything was very well maintained. It was a pleasant surprise that the bunk beds also had a trundle pull out bed so that my 3 girls had their own space. We also loved the patio it had lots of casual seating. We used the indoor pool quite a bit during the evenings. The internet was great in the building for all our electronics. This is our 3rd vacation and this was by far my favorite condo yet.

Great views from every room.

Keyless entry was nice. Accommodated us with an extra parking pass. Liked being on the 3rd floor. Close to all needed grocery and eating places. Very comfortable and the view from the deck was great.

Great place

the pluses.

This corner unit has an outstanding balcony that wraps around the unit. View of beach and pool is outstanding. Unit is on third floor so you can walk up or take elevator. Trash disposal is close by. Unit has lots (and Lots) of towels and linens. also has Lots of dinnerware, silverware etc Furniture is very comfortable. Beds were excellent.

Owner provides a beach wagon and several beach chairs and kid's beach toys.

unit has lots of windows

Our weather was great - mid 80s, air conditioner worked well.

usually had a good breeze on the balcony.

owners very responsive.

we were there in late Sept- bldg appeared about half full.

very close to a walmart grocery and a winndixie.

had 2 pools - one about 3 foot the other up to 6 feet deep. kids thought it funny to take a shower to go in a pool

The minuses

Deck furniture shown is very worn and is being replaced by the owner.

You can hear people at the pool, we had some party people who were somewhat noisy.

Padded beach chairs cost $30/day or $120/week. we just used $10 costco beach umbrellas and the condos chairs.

side windows face east- sunrise can be VERY bright!!! :)

Wind can be quite brisk - have a warning that in high wind do not leave balcony door open when you open front door. pay attention.

FYI- the beach wagon looked so easy- and on hard surfaces it works great- on the beach-it is like pulling a log- so don't overload it.

Unit claims a fitness area, tennis courts and indoor pool, what it didnt say is these were across a busy street, we didnt use.

Overall a great place for families.

Great location beautiful views

Well stocked kitchen for cooking.

Appreciated use of beach chairs, but umbrella needs replaced. Outdoor couch starting to show wear. Beautiful location on beach. Elevators handy for older adults and luggage. Would definitely stay again.
