Spacious penthouse 210m² duplex apartment, second/third (top) floor with loft, double-height ceilings and a wide wrap-around balcony on the stunning 5* Eden Island Marina Award-winning development, Seychelles. From the balcony there are gorgeous views of the mountains of Mahé and cross the bay are three beautiful islands. Further away - La Digue and Praslin (½ hour by ferry) and many more stunning islands to explore. Island hopping by yacht, motorboat, ferry or helicopter is a favourite activity.
Luxury furnishings: Miele appliances, percale sheets, quality crockery, Weber BBQ, Aircon (temp controlled in each room), 3 double bedrooms with king or two single size beds (double sofa bed in the Family room) each bedroom has a shower, separate toilet, basin/s and a private balcony. Marble countertops throughout, Coffee maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer.
Unlimited Wifi and TV channels included
Lounge area with 42" TV, (instructions on the shelf below TV), Dining area with table for 6 and chairs, folding doors to large wrap around balcony with dining table for 8 and chairs and more loungers, chairs, and tables.

Included 2hrs cleaning per week and change of bed linen. Extra cleaning days, laundry, ironing, etc upon request.

EPV vehicle (seats 4). Security requires fingerprint registration for use of buggy in the commercial area. Boat berth.
If you are looking for a relaxed paradise to stay then Eden Island is the place for you as the resort has everything you would need . . .
Luxury accommodation, private pools, beaches and Eden Plaza, the newly opened shopping centre that has everything from boutiques, restaurants and convenience store for your day to day grocery shopping. Food supplies open until 7 pm.
Eden Island Marina is a self-contained community with all amenities close by and car and boat rentals available. Getting around in the resort is easy as it is a motor-free vehicle zone and only buggies are allowed as a mode of transport on the island. For exploring Mahé, I would suggest that you rent a car. The buses are good and cheap but not so convenient. Car rentals are available and parking for free on the island in a garage.
Guests are welcome to use Washer and Dryer provided to do any extra washing or service on request.
For your convenience there is a safe in Bedroom 1 of the unit, please ensure that all valuables are locked away. We will not be held responsible for any losses whatsoever incurred, due to negligence. The safe door must be left open on departure.
Ensure that all doors including veranda doors are locked before leaving the unit and air-con is turned off.
This is a non-smoking unit, so please refrain from smoking in the unit. Outside on the balcony is fine.
No pets are allowed.
Refrain from making excessive noise after 11 pm in consideration of other guests/homeowners staying on Eden Island.
Golf cart to be driven on Eden Island by a licensed driver and must be driven on paths and parked in designated areas only. Any damage caused due to negligence will be deducted from the breakage deposit. None of the inventory must be removed from the premises.
Before departure the inventory will be checked and any missing items deducted from the security deposit. Ensure all the lights and air-con units are switched off. Also, ensure that all the doors of the unit are locked., when leaving the apartment.

Amazing paradise. Peaceful and secluded.
Beautiful location. 10mins from Airport. Buggies at the property is a very clever idea, and very handy. Shopping centre is an added bonus. You dont need to leave the Island.

Extraordinary, memorable, luxurious.
We've just spent an unforgettably wonderful week on Eden Island. It's always a worry choosing something based solely on internet photos, but it really is as amazing as it looks in the pictures. On arrival, Eden Island Village Management welcomed us (as we arrived out-of-hours) and gave us our keys and some instructions, and drove us to the apartment. It's very well kitted out. One particular highlight was the enormous towels (Seychelles seems to do a line in rather small towels!). Also very useful to have a washer and a drier. The veranda affords stunning views of the marina basin, and the main island itself. There's ample seating out there, and a second dining area (the first being inside!). There's also a barbecue available. Each of the three bedrooms has its own shower and toilet, and two of them have balcony access (one onto the main balcony, the other onto a small balcony). There's open-plan living (extending, by way of folding doors, onto the veranda) downstairs and another sitting area upstairs. There's a supermarket on Eden Island, as well as a range of other shops (the ice cream options were pleasing!). There's a little beach just over the road, which is great for kids. Also good for tanning, if the other beachgoers are anything to go by! One recommendation I would make is that no-one should stay in this apartment and just stay on Eden Island. Mahe is wonderful to explore. Takamaka Rum distillery was enjoyed by members of our party, as was the tea plantation. There are walks and viewing points, and many, many places to explore. Beaches are an obvious must, but there are plenty of other things on offer. The Village Management Association on Eden Island were able to sort out a hire car, which (summer 2019) cost 45 Euros a day, so long as you had the car for at least two days. Possibly not the cheapest option, but it meant the cars were delivered, and you could just leave the keys at VMA reception at the end of the hire. We rounded off our holiday with a reef safari, which cost a lot, but was the sort of experience you'd never forget. It included a Catamaran-based day trip, semi-submersible reef trip (a sort of upgrade of a glass-bottomed boat), snorkelling on the reef, a trip to Moyen Island, buffet lunch on the cat, and entertainment on board :) The tour company picks up from Eden Island (another advantage to staying here!). Overall, this was an absolutely brilliant bit of our hols in a stunning apartment.

The apartment, 14 21, Eden Island is a delightful holiday stay. The accommodation is both comfortable and spacious, and contains all that is required by way of equipment. We particularly enjoyed the large wrap around balcony with its wicker furniture and BBQ. As long as you are prepared for the several flights of stairs, it has everything one could wish for, including the most stunning views. The apartment is also very well positioned in Eden Island with the beach only a few yards from one side and the large boat marina to the other side. It is thoroughly to be recommended.

Fantastic week in The Seychelles
Have just returned from a lovely week spent on Eden Island - for a family of 5 (3 kids ranging from 16 -20), the apartment was perfect. The location of the actual apartment on the Island was great - close enough to walk to a lovely secluded beach, the gym, the supermarket & restaurants, but more fun to take the golf buggy! The apartment was comfortable & equipped with all the basics, we spent most of our time on the huge balcony. Eden Island itself was well located for site seeing, we hired a car & visited Beau Vallon, Victoria market, the Botanical Gardens (feeding the giant tortoises) & had a Catamaran trip out to Moyenne Island. I would highly recommend the apartment, Eden Island & would love to return!

Best choice in Eden Island
We enjoyed 2 fabulous days at the condo. Judith was great at communicating both before arrival and during our stay to make sure we had no issues. Beryl, the house manager, was spectacular!! She met us on the first day and arranged all of our transportation needs. Beryl made herself available at all times to answer any questions and make our stay was comfortable. The two-story condo is extremely spacious with an amazing deck looking over Eden Bleu harbor. On the other side of the house, you are within walking distance of a nice quiet beach. I should add that the rental includes a golf cart/buggy which can be taken to the shopping plaza, pools, etc. The house was stunning, clean and had everything we could possibly need. This was a much better option than staying at a hotel. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Mahe, Seychelles. You won't be disappointed!
