Ca' Leonessa is a recently (2010) restored luxury apartment located in the heart of Venice. It is a short walk from the bus and railway stations. Due to its superb location all the sites of Venice are either within walking distance or a couple of stops on the vaporetto. In the furnishing of the apartment the prime consideration has been to create a comfortable and welcoming oasis for you after a busy days sight seeing in magical Venice.

The living room (which overlooks the canal and the Campo San Barnaba) features two Natuzzi sofa's (one double sofa bed) a Linn sound system and HD television with DVD/CD player.

Both bedrooms are bright and airy with comfortable beds and have plenty of hanging/storage space in the bespoke wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a luxurious double bed with fine linens and traditional Venetian fabrics. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both bathrooms are fully tiled with power showers.

The kitchen has been hand built and features dining for 6.

Lovely - converted in old Venice property which I love - 10 steps to appmnt. Warm and sumptious bedroom . They organised taxi from airport and were there personally to greet us onto boat as it was late and dark. Appmnt v central and close to vaporette stops and shops.Very kindly let us leave our bags as we had a late flight home. Would def use again. Thank you all.

Perfect!

Awesome apartment and location, perfect for families. Super comfortable, spacious and ideally placed in a vibrant, authentic neighbourhood not too far from major sites but and with a picturesque campo and canal on the doorstep.

Fantastic apartment in great neighbourhood

We spent 3 nights with friends during Carnivale - what a great place , lovely location right opposite quiet canal with great bars and cafes nearby , fantastic space, tasteful and great amenities- would definitely stay again! Host was great and checkin process very smooth.

Great apartment

Really nice flat, close enough to the main sights but not too close. Lovely square nearby which felt less touristy. Communication with the owner was really good, easy check in process. Recommended
