About kate Holdom
My husband and I have two children and in 1997 we moved from London with our two young children for an idyllic life in Cornwall. We did indeed have 7 fabulous years in Kingsand until family circumstances meant that we had to move back to London for a time. Kingsand is a truly unique place which we all love and miss greatly. We hope you too enjoy our wonderful home and village.
kate Holdom purchased this House in 2007
Why kate Holdom chose Kingsand
Whilst on a tour of Cornwall with a friend I visited Kingsand almost by accident. On the same trip we visited St Ives, Rock, Padstow and other famous places in Cornwall but for us, none of them compared. We hear this time and again from people who visit. We feel Kingsand is quite a unique place and hard not to fall in love with. The village is a really friendly place, very much unchanged by time and stunning whatever the weather. Visitors always comment on how much their children love the freedom they are afforded by the safety in the village, a rare thing today. A favorite with little visitors is being sent to the shop, money and list in hand getting the Sunday paper and fresh baked croissants…..very grown up.

We hope you enjoy our house and this fabulous area as much as we do. PS:This place is also doggy heaven!

A lovely spacious holiday home in the heart of the village.
This is a lovely spacious property. Beautiful and very well equipped kitchen, nice comfy beds, fantastic showers! The youngest member of our party was 8 weeks and the oldest was 98years - we all had a great time.

Comfortable and spacious for our extended family holiday.
Large and spacious cottage where everyone could have their own room and also get together in the large reception rooms and kitchen. The cottage was ready for us on arrival and was clean and well prepared. We had a lovely holiday in one of our favourite places and were sad to leave. Thank you very much.

Lovely and big, close to everything
Loved it! The beach is a 2 min walk, pubs and shops close by and the car park easy to get too.
Property not really up to the standard expected of a property of a high calibre
Fridge/freezer not working on arrival. Had to use cool boxes for 2 days. Had to defrost freezer, and wait in for delivery of new one as according to owner everyone was away. House in a great location.
