Amazing Penthouse Apartment
I would just like to say this Penthouse Apartment is 5 Star! The first contact e mail, booking, payment and deposit refund all went very smoothly, we were met at the apartment by Lin & Vic a lovely english couple who showed us around and gave us tips on local restaurants and things to do in the area. The apartment itself is stunning, a modern family home with all the mod cons you need. The description and pictures are accurate you won't be disappointed. It was very clean had loo roll, handwash and dishwasher tabs ect which was a great help especially when you first arrive. The views are amazing looking over the marina, restaurants, shops and market place. There are two outdoor pools one smaller than the other but right outside the apartment making it like our private pool as very quite at this one. The larger one is family oriented nice and relaxing with a shallow baby pool too and plenty of quality sun loungers. There is also indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam Room plus a small Gym, perfect! I would throughly recommend booking a holiday at Dena's penthouse, its absolutely luxurious.
We stayed (family of four with children aged 9 and 11) for two weeks in July 2017. The apartment had everything we needed for a great holiday and had loads of space. The huge balcony had sun and shade all day. I don't think we ate a single meal inside. There was a little breeze on the balcony with made the summer heat very pleasant. There are two outdoor pools the smaller of which is very close to the apartment. We used it in the mornings and no one else seemed to use it until after lunch so it was as though we had a private pool. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We played tennis and padel tennis, went water skiing and enjoyed watching polo. An extremely enjoyable family holiday and we all hope to return soon. One note-the BBQ is electric (not allowed charcoal or gas BBQs in the complex).
Recently returned from our second stay at this fantastic luxury penthouse apartment. Superb furnishings, very comfortable beds, extremely well equipped kitchen, quality bed linen and towels, everything you could ask for and more. The local amenities are such that you do not need a car, however there is the added benefit of secure underground parking if you do hire a car. The property has excellent views, the beach to one side with the marina and 'rock' to the other. The wrap around sun terrace is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 6 loungers with a separate dining and seating area. Everything about the property is clean and well maintained, as the previous reviewer said, faultless.
We had a 5 day stay at this lovely apartment .Our group of 5 ladies flew into Gibraltar , which has a short 20 min transfer to the property . The apartment has 3 spacious double ensuite rooms , ample living space and is very clean , beautifully presented and well equipped. The balcony is enormous, south facing and enabled us to eat alfresco for breakfast , lunch and dinner, with views over the sea and marina. There is a bakery directly below the apartment , for fresh bread and croissants each morning , a small super market in the Marina and ample bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We couldn't fault our stay and if I could have sourced last minute flights, I would have flown out with my family the following week for half term.
Fantastic Penthouse Apartment
It was a clean, comfortable and quiet apartment with good quality beds, bathroom towels, overall furniture. Lovely views and lots of spaces. Good sized kitchen with various kitchen items. Plenty of hot water, good shower. We would like to return.
A Beautuful Apartment
We had a fantastic holiday in Sotigrande. The Apartment is in a great location with amazing views. Everything you need in an Apartment. We were met at the apartment and shown around by the Spanish hosts who also came and saw us of on day of departure. We had their contact details if we needed anything.
We will definitely return. This is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in.
5 minute walk to the beach with 2 great chiringuita restaurants during the summer period. 5 minutes drive to other local beaches and beach clubs, a 45 minute drive takes you to the amazing beaches at Tarifa which is well worth a visit.
Nearest airport is Gibraltar which is a 25 minute drive and Malaga airport is 1 hour away travelling on the toll road.
Gibraltar 25 minutes, 30 minutes to Marbella, 30 minutes to Puerto Banus and 1.5 hours to Ronda

Booking Notes: In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% is required with the remainder 8 weeks before your stay. A refundable deposit is required which will be returned within a week following your stay if no damage is incurred. Please note the lead member of the party must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking. Changeover Day: The preferred changeover day is Saturday however if the property is available alternative days will be considered. The apartment will be available from 4pm on your arrival day and departure is 10am. Please be aware that discounts are available for extended stays.
