2 Bedroom Apartment, sleeps 6 , Free Secure Parking, South Facing Balcony

Superb new apartment with pool. Fully air-conditioned. Underground parking. Located on 2nd floor and is serviced by an elevator. Situated away from the street, completely secure and has a southern aspect with large balcony, getting lots of sunshine throughout the day. Less than 7 minutes walk to one of Portugal's top beaches. There are lots of nearby cafes and restaurants along the promenade and the dock area.

The apartment has modern furnishings and include DVD player, flat screen TV, and balconies with views of the area. The kitchens include microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.

The authentic Portuguese holiday experience: If you are in search of a relaxing, beach holiday, and experience true Portuguese culture, this is the place for you. My apartment is less than 7 minutes walk to the Sau Martinho to Porto beach. There is a local Portuguese farmers market about round the corner from the apartment, selling fresh fish, vegetables and fruit daily. There is also a large super market nearby, where you can do all your household shopping for your holiday.

On your way to the beach, you will pass through the old Town of Sau Martinho do Porto and Vasca da Gama Street, it's the centre of social life of the town, with plenty of coffee shops and good restaurants serving best of Portuguese food. There is a small supermarket on this street and newsagents where you can buy newspapers from UK, France, Germany.

The Beach & Promenade: Down on the beach to the right hand side of the bay is the dock area. Here you can see traditional fishing trawlers, the dock offers a nice walkway and several restaturants and cafes where you can sit and enjoy the waterfront and Portuguese coffee and food. On the left hand side of the beach there are further shops, restaurants and cafes and also a play area for children.

The beach itself is a beautiful, sandy shell shaped beach, protected from the Atlantic. It's ideal for jogging, sun bathing or fishing, you will see many locals fishing at the left hand side of the the bay.

Just to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday. Your apartment was lovely and so well placed in the town. Weather was good, beaches great and I think we ate in just about every restaurant in town!

Un très bel appartement dans une petite ville très

L'appartement est d'un très bon standing et idéal pour 4 personnes (2chambres, 2s.d.b.); de plus il est très calme. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine.

Il n'est pas très loin de la mer et Sao M. est une petite ville balnéaire très plaisante.La baie est magnifique et très sécurisante pour des familles avec de jeunes enfants.

Great Apartment in Sao Martinho do Porto

We have had a wonderful holiday in this luxury apartment with all amenities included (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/living room and swimming pool). The apartment enjoys a central location, such as the local market, beach and the supermarket. The town of Sao Martinho do Porto is a cosy traditional Portuguese village where not yet mass tourism is present. A must for families with young children.

Uma experiência a repetir...S. Martinho do Porto!

O apartamento é óptimo! Para além das excelentes condições que oferece, é localizado numa zona tranquila... Uma caminhada de apenas 5 minutos e estamos na praia!

A acessibilidade é um ponto forte, assim como os serviços na zona circundante: supermercado no fundo da rua é uma mais-valia.

A piscina, o terraço, o sistema de som e todos os equipamentos complementam a decoração de puro bom gosto... Uma estadia de qualidade superior!

A Mary e a Denise são uma simpatia! Obrigada por tudo...

Recomendamos a praia de S. Martinho do Porto, um passeio de bicicleta para ver as magníficas paisagens da encosta, e um jantar na Nazaré.

Our apartment is less than 7 minutes walk to the one of Portugal's top beaches. The Sau Martinho do Porto beach is a beautiful, sandy shell shaped beach, protected from the Atlantic. It's ideal for jogging, sun bathing or fishing, you will see many locals fishing at the left hand side of the the bay. Lifeguards operate on the beach, and a children’s playground is located at the end of the promenade. There are lots of cafes and restaurants along the promenade and the dock area.

Sao Martinho Do Porto is situated 100km north of Lisbon and its international airport and is easily reached from there via the new A8 motorway - about a 50 minute drive. There are flights from all international airports including London Luton, Gatwick, Liverpool, Bristol, Dublin, Cork, Frankfurt, Paris Charles de Gaulle. You can also travel by coach from Lisbon's main bus station (1 hr 15 min). See http://www.rede-expressos.pt for bus times.

This apartment is finished to the highest standards and great facilities - large flat screen tv, dvd player, surround sound system, large comfortable couch, and large dining table with 6 chairs. Large patio area to the front of the apartment, with coffee table, southern aspect with lots of sunshine through out the day. The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Local based Property Management team will look after maintenance and cleaning, Denise and Malcolm will meet and greet you on arrival at the apartment and will be on hand to help during your visit.
