The living room is surrounded with windows to the south, west, and north giving a spectacular, sweeping view of the city and waterfront. Sip your morning coffee or dine watching the boats on the river and the city skyline. The kitchen has a large island and opens up to the living room and den, creating the perfect area for relaxing or entertaining with the dramatic view as the backdrop. The kitchen is well equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a gas range, and lots of storage. The den has a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV with cable. The street car that loops the East and West side of the river is one block away, giving you transportation to The Pearl, NW 23rd, and Eastside adventures. The PSU Saturday Farmer’s Market, Pioneer Square and shopping, Keller Auditorium and Schnitzer Concern Hall, OHSU and South Waterfront, Tom McCall Waterfront Park and Portland’s Famous Saturday Market are all within easy walking distance. Note: The sleeper sofa in den is positioned for privacy from the kitchen, but the den is open to the living room, so it is not really suitable as a second bedroom. While two people can comfortably sleep there, having two couples in the unit for more than a night or two may be crowded. The sleeper sofa would work out well for children or an occasional visitor.
Note: We will occasionally consider a dog (sorry, no cats). Please inquire. An extra cleaning fee and deposit is required. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds.
