Villa near Newquay, Cornwall, England - In A Quiet Area Of The Site Overlooking The Countryside
Keith and Mary
About Keith and Mary
We have been visiting Cornwall for many years in our camper van and love the county, particularly the wonderful cliff walks on the north coast.
Keith and Mary purchased this Villa in 2010
Why Keith and Mary chose Newquay
We visited friends who had a holiday home at Atlantic Reach and loved it's close proximity to the north coast. The area has so much to offer, swimming, surfing, plenty of sun and great food. There is plenty of spectacular coastal walking, easy cycling on the Camel Trail and plenty of interesting places to visit. The beaches are stunning and are enjoyed by all our grandchildren from the ages of 17yrs to 5yrs.
What makes this Villa unique
Our property is a home from home with the added bonus of having the spectacular north coast of Cornwall on the doorstep. Wonderful beaches and breathtaking coastal walks. We have loved spending time here and hope others do too.

Home from home
A very comfortable stay for our family with everything we needed for a weeks holiday. There were ample towels, tea towels and everything needed in the kitchen from bin bags to coffee and tea.
Atlantic Reach is well situated for getting into Newquay and for Truro, Padstow etc.
Enjoyable 4 days.
Everything we needed in the house and very comfortable. Especially enjoyed day out at Newquay zoo. The only negative was the parking. When you came back late in the evening with 2 small children it would have been good to park nearer the house.
It is nice to hear that you had a pleasant stay in our property and we would welcome you back again in the future.
Unfortunately during busy periods like school holidays parking close to the property is a problem however we are hopeful the site owners will consider providing more off road parking in the future.
We are pleased the voucher we provided for Newquay Zoo was enjoyed by your family.
Nice and clean with great views
It's a lovely property stacked with nice selection of board/card games for kids. Gets decent amount of sunshine in morning and evening. Keith and Mary are very thorough and there are clear instructions and reminders for everything right from the day you book it.
Only minor complaint is the lack of parking space near the property. It isn't owners' fault though as the holiday park has been built that way. There is plenty of space near reception area though which isn't too far away. It's bit of pain if you have to carry a half asleep toddler along with cool box and other items after a long hard day at the beach :-)
The parking is limited at peak times and we are hoping the site owners will rectify the situation at some stage. It's always permissible to double park to offload which most people do. Glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again in the future.
Every detail thought of
Beautiful homely little house. Set amongst similar houses it has a lovely feel to it. The open planned living area means even cooking you can spend time with the family. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cutlery. The table in the kitchen made a nice area to sit and eat together but also to play the multitude of games in the house. Yahtzee is now a form family favourite! The outside patio area is pretty with flowers and patio table and chairs. Everything has been thought of including a sewing basket for any repairs needed! Upstairs is compact but functional. The view from the twin room is beautiful! We will miss waking to cows! The area is quiet and even sleeping at the front with windows open all night we were never disturbed. The bathroom has a bath with shower in it and is a good size full bath. This house really had everything we needed and we would definitely come back if visiting the area. Morrison’s is very close together with an Aldi and co ops for stocking up. The communication from the owners was always clear, professional and very welcoming! We were kept fully updated from the moment of booking to the moment of arrival. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday home!
We are delighted you enjoyed your stay in our holiday home and would welcome you back anytime in the future.
Lovely cosy family cottage
We had a lovely stay at this cosy, well equipped self catering cottage. Kids were happy and entertained. Views out the window of the cows had a nice country feel and close to beaches. The zoo visit included was a great bonus for kids. The only downfall was not being able to use or pay to use the facilities so the idea of having the beach hut on would be a fantastic idea for future.
Thanks to Keith and Mary...we enjoyed our stay!!!
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and are definitely considering offering the use of a beach hut at a local well known beach near Newquay for next year.
See you next year perhaps?
Excellent home in a perfect location.
The property was clean and well maintained with a great little kitchen area and a lovely homely feel.
Everything you need in a holiday home. Keith and Mary have thought about everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great facilities on the site, except parking is an issue.
Many thanks for your kind comments. Parking can be an issue in high season, hopefully the site management will address this problem as part of the annual maintenance programme. We will be pressing for it!
