The Lookout is an upside down house with lovely sea views, and is very close to the award winning Blue Flag beach in the quiet but very popular village of Mundesley, The property has been fully redecorated and refurnished for 2018, The property has one king size and one twin bedroom on the ground floor, tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and flat screen TVs. The ground floor also houses the large bathroom, with full size bath, and separate large shower cubicle. On the first floor there is the spacious lounge and kitchen/diner that has double doors opening out onto the sea view balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine taking in the fabulous sea view. There is also a spiral staircase which leads from the balcony to the rear garden. There is a well equipped kitchen with all the usual kitchen appliances, and leading from there is the upstairs WC. The property has full gas central heating. There is private parking for two cars to the front of the property and to the rear of the property there is a fully enclosed garden with table and chairs and BBQ, and for the summer months we have a beach shed which has all the seaside paraphernalia for our guests to use during their stay. From the rear garden gate you can access the coastal path, which in turn leads to steps directly onto the award winning beach. Mundesley beach was voted the best beach in England in 2016, and has again been awarded Blue Flag Beach status for 2018. Free WiFi is available. The centre of the village is an 8 minute walk away, and it has every local amenity including a Tesco Express, post office, greengrocers, butchers, chemists, several cafes, two fish & chip shops, chinese takeaway, Hot Rocket wood fired pizzas serve twice a week, craft shops, and three local hotels each serving food. There is also a children's play area, skate park, and outdoor gym. Pets are accepted at The Lookout.
Very recently Mundesley was voted into the semi final of "Village of the Year 2018" hosted by Penelope Keith on Channel 4, she said that "Marvellous Mundesley is a lovely historic seaside village, and there's nothing better than a day at the seaside, and this village doesn't just boast an award winning beach, its the villagers themselves that deserve a medal"
