Step outside and walk just 10 metres to the magnificent communal pool area, with adjacent board-walk and children's pool. The pool area, is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. There are outdoor changing facilities & showers, poolside WC, an abundance of free sun loungers/parasols. It is always quiet with plenty of sun. All bedrooms have fly screens and shutters and the lounge has fly screens. Included in the rental is free usage of the on site fully equipped gym, Jacuzzi and sauna. Allocated underground car parking is included.

My Wife & I bought our Polis house in 2008. We spent 4 weeks travelling Cyprus & fell in love with Polis. Initially, it was purchased as a holiday home for friends & family. As the house was empty for around 8 months of the year, we decided to offer it out to rent, as from April 2013. We had a very encouraging uptake & very satisfied guest feedback. We are in a very fortunate position, to have a wonderful married couple managing our property. Kim & Alan have become valued friends & look after our house & guest requirements. They live 5 minutes away & are always on hand to offer any assistance to our house guests. Nothing is too much trouble!!

What makes this House unique
The house is close to all amenities, a meer 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket & town centre, restaurants & bars. Polis gardens is a flagship complex. It is maintained to a very high standard by the management company & residents. There are a large number of sunbeds/parasols surrounding the excellently proportioned swimming pool. A gym, Jacuzzi & sauna are at your disposal(free membership to our house guests). We have an underground car parking space. Fabulous mountainous backdrop. Polis Gardens, offers a more relaxed type of holiday, in the more remote and less commercialised area of Paphos.

Excellent well appointed holiday house.
The house is very well appointed & very comfortable. The patio area is well positioned with shade from trees & bushes at various times during the day & also brolly available. The underground parking space is very good for keeping the car cool. Nice touches in the house like cool box, cool bag & ice blocks are great for picnics at the beach. The TV package is great for UK channels & there is a large selection of DVDs in the units. WiFi is part of the package & can be used out in the garden as well as upstairs. Pools on the complex are well maintained & all gardens kept tidy. Access to a gym is also part of the package. AC is available but we found we were able to manage the house temperatures by using the ceiling fans, vented shutters & fly screens. Each bedroom has a small balcony which is nice to sit out on for coffee in the morning.
We have used this property before & will again in the future.
Lovely comfortable Town House
We have been coming to Polis for over 25 years now and have stayed around the Polis area and had some lovely Villas. D7 in our opinion was the most comfortable and the pool area is beautiful. Polis Gardens is very well kept, beautiful flowers lovely and clean. Kim and Alan who look after the property are always on hand to help. We had beautiful weather for the two weeks, and will be returning, hopefully this year.
Schönes, voll ausgestattetes Haus in traumhafter Gegend
Wir waren im letzten Jahr schon in der selben Anlage, allerdings in einem anderen Haus.
Auch diesmal hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.
Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, insbesondere die Austattung der Küche ist komplett.
Leider war der Grill defekt, auf Nachfrage bekamen wir einen Holzkohlegrill.
Ebenfalls nicht selbstverständlich ist die Befüllung des Kühlschrankes mit dem Nötigsten.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Polis beach is only 15 minutes walk from the house. Well known location for the summer sunsets where the enormous, glowing sun disappears into the sea within minutes of dropping from the sky. Polis Bay itself is stunning with the Akamas Peninsula and Baths of Aphrodite to the West of the house, approx 5 minutes drive away. Pomos Point and harbour to the East is approx 20 minutes drive away. All set with the backdrop of Paphos Forest and mountains.
Paphos Airport 45 mins. Car hire or taxi from airport. Car hire not necessary at Polis Gardens though would need to walk for shopping etc. A brand new large supermarket has now opened in Polis, about 5 min walk away. Driving in Cyprus is the same as in the UK (on the left).
There is also a quite amazing public bus service which enables travel to anywhere in the Paphos area for just one euro! Buses run around every hour.
Polis village 5 min walk away. Paphos Town approx 35km. Latchi Marina approx 2km. Baths of Aphrodite approx 4km. Pomos approx 8km.
Near to the village of Polis with its tavernas, restaurants, supermarkets and banks; The house offers an ideal base to explore the best side of Cyprus. Whether it's for a short holiday to sample the flavour of the 'unspoilt' Cyprus or for a longer break to escape the Northern European winter. A stay here, will give you a holiday that you won't easily forget. This house has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and one which reflects an attention to detail. It offers facilities which you would expect to find in the most expensive of properties, yet a stay here will not break the bank. From the power shower and washing machine, nothing has been left to chance. Polis Village:-large supermarket, lovely market square, patisseries, fruit markets, banks, ATM machines, chemists, internet cafes, cafe bars, tavernas, museum, garages. Papantonios Supermarket approx 5 minutes walk. St. Barbara Taverna (with internet access, large screen TV and sunbeds on the beach), is approx 10 minutes drive from the house. Cypriot owned, well known and recommended. Excellent Kleftiko and fresh caught fish. For the young and not so young!-Go karting centre 5 mins drive from the house. Pool/snooker tables and computer games at local tavernas in Argaka and Latchi, for DVD hire, go to Polis. Great location for exploring mountain villages and travelling inland to experience the local way of life. Many village festivals throughout the island such as the Agros Rose Festival and Limassol Wine Festival.

Booking Notes: £100 deposit required at time of booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. Cancellation periods: Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - at owners discretion. We also require a £100 returnable bond to cover any unforeseen problems such as loss of keys etc. Changeover Day: Changeover days are flexible and if you have a late flight home then as long as we have no guests arriving the day after you may stay as long as you like on your final day.
