Recently refurbished. First floor apartment with balcony, on absolute seafront with panoramic sea views, taking in Newlyn the Lizard and St Michaels mount and beyond.

Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, drier, fridge freezer etc.

Lounge overlooking the sea with two cream leather sofas, modern HD TV with the full SKY package.

Two bedrooms. One has twin beds and the other has a king size 5ft double bed.

Heated with night storage heater and panel radiators.

Very quiet apartment block of 16 residential units and situated close to all amenities.

Supermarkets and restaurants just a couple of minutes level walk away.

Enjoy the evening strolls along the seafront promenade or watch the trawlers from your balcony or lounge come in each morning to land their catch at the fish market.

Train station is just a few minutes away.

Sea views: The apartment must surely have the best sea views imaginable from Newlyn harbour to St Michaels Mount, the Lizard and beyond.

Comfort: The apartment is fully furnished with all the mod cons that are required to make your stay comfortable.

wonderful View

The owners of the apartment were very helpful. The apartment was comfy and very clean. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen is on the small side but you have everything you need and lots of extras. The photos of the view don’t do it justice, most morning we would just sit looking out while we had a coffee. There is a Co-op and petrol station two minutes’ walk away.

We enjoyed staying here and would recommend this apartment to family and friends as value for money. When we return to Cornwall I would defiantly come back here.

Clean, comfy apartment in great location.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is a great base in which to explore Cornwall.The photos don't really do the views justice. In ten minutes you can walk along the coast to Newlyn where a regular bus service takes you to Mousehole. We walked to Mousehole and it took less than an hour. Penzance itself is nice enough and the local Penlee park is just behind the property. The flat is comfortable, very clean and with added extras like lots of towels, cleaning materials, toys, books, magazines and basic ingredients in the kitchen. The flat is small and quite basic but fabulous value for money. We had problems with the wifi but the owner was very helpful. Overall our stay was excellent.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment.

The owner was very helpful and most accommodating. The apartment was spacious, warm and clean. There was plenty of storage, beds were very comfy, tv and Internet available, very close for shopping, daily paper and petrol with Lidl and coop shop and petrol station 50 yards away. Easy to avoid town centre as there is a roundabout 50 yards in the other direction.

It was a nice walk in either direction either into penzance or newlyn and there are buses, we took one to Mousehole as driving there is a bit scary. Over the other side of Penzance there is Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsburys.The apartment has everything you would need, towels, even a hair dryer, the balcony was very nice and to sit and enjoy the views was wonderful. We recommend trips to lands end, portleven, st Ives, st micheals mount, penzance, newlyn and Mousehole, also had a lovely meal and chat with the owner of the Thai resturant around the corner and the Luggar pub down the road who managed to get us a lobster. We would like to thank Alan again for a lovely holiday apartment.

Excellent location and accommodation

Nice sea view apartment at a very convenient location. Had a 5 day stay with family which included young children and we all had a great time. Alan has thoughtfully furnished and equipped the property with everything you might need. Well done!!

Stunning view. Great value.

Stunning sea view through the twin bedroom. The bus stop to the neighbour town is just within 5 mins' walk. Two supermarkets are nearby. The property is well kept with full set of cutlery, cookware, towels and bed linens. Lovely place with the great value.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment. Very good kept. Everything close, easy parking.

Wir waren eine Woche im Apartment. Es ist sehr gepflegt und alles da, was man braucht. Man konnte auch gut vor dem Haus parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Restaurants, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein traumhafter Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz aus.

Close to Newlyn and Mousehole and situated on the sea front with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The apartment also overlooks the famous St. Michaels Mount which can be visited by walking across the causeway at low tide or catching a boat at high tides.

The Newlyn fish market is a short stroll away and fresh fish can be bought every morning whilst you can also watch the trawlers come in and land their catch.

St Ives is a 20 min drive away and is ideal for the young and young at heart, with its beaches and restaurants.

The train station is only a minute away and you can take the train to St Ives and enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery along the way.

If its family entertainment you are after, then the famous Flambards is a must!

Its the Cornish equivalent of Disney World and a whole day there will just fly past.

Golf: Two Golf courses within a few minutes drive.
