About Tim Paterson
We live in London with our Spaniels. We both work but love to escape to the sea.
Tim Paterson purchased this Apartment in 2013
Why Tim Paterson chose Whitstable
I love what Whitstable has to offer, the working harbour, beach walks and general love of the sea, sound of the Gulls. That you can switch off, as soon as you drive over the hill into Whitstable and see the sea in the distance! My wife, dogs and I thrive on soaking it all up!

Great winter getaway
The perfect place for a weekend break or longer if you prefer! Lovely spacious apartment, warm and relaxing, in a quiet residential part of Whitstable but still only a short walk to the High Street or beach. Kitchen well kitted out for self catering. There is a very pretty garden and summer house which would be wonderful for a summer break (we tend to go to Whitstable in the winter!). Our small dog was welcome too. Difficult to park outside the property but we soon found a space up the road. All in all we will definitely return.
Really enjoyed our stay at this property- had everything you needed for a weekend break
Lovely stay at Xmas
I had booked the stay for my mother and her two dogs as a Christmas treat and what a treat it turned out to be.
Excellent communications with the owner and a lovely place to stay with great furnishings and a high quality finish throughout the property.
A 5* experience from beginning to end.
Weekend in Whistable
The flat is charming and had everything we needed. A short stagger to the pubs and restaurants and an easy stroll to the harbour. Thanks Tara and Tim.xx
Lovely short break.
Great location and very comfortable home.
Well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the bottle of wine and treats were gladly received! Thank you
An October week in Whitstable
Lovely flat in a quiet location. Thoughtfully decorated with a seaside theme, we felt at ‘at home’ there.
The shingle beach is a 7 minute walk from the apartment. It is open to dogs all year round and perfect for families to spend the day.
Whitstable Railway station is a 10 minute walk, or 2 minutes in a cab. The journey is 90 minutes from London Victoria. Whitstable is 35 minutes from the M25/M2 junction on a normal day.
The high street is a 2 minute walk.
The Old High Street has great shopping with unique Local Shops, Café's and Bars and just around the corner is the working harbour where you can enjoy the catch of the day or simply watch the activities going on.
Whitstable is like no other town by the sea. Its traditional charms, strong arts culture and rich maritime history complement the town's modern appeal. It's main claim to fame is its oysters which remain an intrinsic part of this sea town's character.
