Overview

About the property

Cottage near Wadebridge, Cornwall, England - Peaceful, Romantic And A Short Drive To The Beach

Sister cottage to property 18015 the Mill is a stunning bolt hole set amongst the wilds of North Cornwall. Hustyn Mill is perfectly located for a stunning break in Cornwall. Perched on the edge of the valley overlooking Hustyn woods, Hustyn Mill is the perfect place to come and relax and wind down from the stress of everyday life. Positioned within striking distance of both the dramatic North coast and the soft undulating hills of the south but we don't think you'll want to be going anywhere for the first couple of days!

About Richard Pack

We're Richard and Niki and have a young family. Richard is a photographer and Niki is a producer and trainer of young event horses.

Richard was bought up in Cornwall in the very house they now live in, Niki is from just outside Cirencester in Gloucestershire.

We are passionate about where we live and can't wait to share it with others.

Whether it's spring, summer, autumn or winter, there's so much to do around here.

We look forward to meeting you.

Richard and Niki

Richard Pack purchased this cottage in 2013

Why Richard Pack chose St Breock

Richard grew up there but that I aside, we couldn't find anywhere more peaceful or beautiful. It's perfectly remote yet only three miles from the supermarket ! Close to the North and South coasts and out of the craziness of mid summer !

What makes this cottage unique

It truly is unique, you'll struggle to find a Cornish gem better than this one. Whether you love, walking, cycling, surfing or just plain chilling !

A marvelous stay....

Our week's stay couldn't have been nicer - perfect location, hosts and lodgings. We explored Cornwall daily, then returned " home" to warmth, quiet and comfort.

The location and property were perfect for exploring cornwall

  • 5 of 5

We've spent a wonderful week exploring Cornwall and location was perfect for getting to Padstow, St Ives, Rock, Watergate Bay etc. The property is lovely and well set out with all we needed.

Set on a farm it was very peaceful and quiet.

We would definitely recommend and will look to stay again.

Idyllic mill, stunning views and a very warm welcome!

  • 5 of 5

The Mill was everything I could have wished for. Booked as a surprise birthday break for my husband (and the dog) we received a very warm welcome from Richard on arrival and were blown away by the views. The forests around the Mill are beautiful and perfect for long walks, and although remote it's only a short drive to the nearest towns.

The Mill itself is modern, clean and well-equipped – and what a fire! Truly a gem. We're really looking forward to returning to Hustyn Mine Park, hopefully very soon!

Lovely character cottage with quality furnishings

  • 4 of 5

We had a four night break in this lovely cottage with our dog. The setting is very quiet and peaceful. While we were there the weather turned very cold but the wood burner kept the cottage very warm and cosy. The owners are very pleasant and on hand if you need them.
