About this property

Come and enjoy the amazing views of the Gulf and Bay from the balcony and both bedrooms of this unit on the 14th floor! This recently updated property is warm and inviting. Surfside Resort is very conveniently located with lots of amenities! You can walk to various local restaurants, and it is a short drive to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall for those who love to shop bargains.
When renting this unit, enjoy access to the private pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, pickleball/tennis/basketball courts, and exercise room. Surfside features an onsite restaurant, the Royal Palm Grille, which has both inside and outside dining. Across the resort’s skyway is their Beach Bar, which offers big screen TVs, beverages, and food for when you are enjoying your time on the beach or off. Also, partake in one of the beach bonfires during your stay!

Surfside 1406 sleeps 8 - 1 King size bed, 2 Full size beds, and1 sleeper sofa. The unit has a well-equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer. Beach service is included with your rental (March – October); this is for 2 chairs and an umbrella, which will be setup for you daily on the beach! Saturday to Saturday rental during the Peak season.

NO motorized scooters or motorcycles are allowed on the property.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and dozens of golf courses.

Excellent condo

New amenities in condo, was clean and updated. What made us so happy is we were allowed to check in early, after calling and reaching a real person,which was extremely helpful. Kitchen had plenty of housewares to cook with.

Great Gulf Coast Ocean Front Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were extremely happy with this condo. In fact, we loved it so much that we decided to rent it the second time. Fabulous location on Gulf Coast in Miramar Beach. Steps to sugar-white sand beach that goes on for miles. Large balcony overlooking great views of swimming pools, dunes, beach, and gulf waters. Building very clean and extremely friendly people. Very convenient to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. It has everything you need for a week or month.

Beautiful view!

This condo was just as described! We were hesitant about being on the 14th floor but the view was incredible!! We really didn't have a problem with the elevators as some have reported. It was about what we expected - waiting a few minutes during peak times. I would recommend more kitchen and bath towels and maybe a fan in the second bedroom but, other than that, wonderful! We will be staying again!
