Very nice, meticulous 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Bayfront, ground floor unit features a master Bdrm w/ king bed & water view, and guest bedroom with 2 twins. 2 flat screen TV's. The sofa in the main living area also makes a bed.

Boat dock rental available (boats up to 35ft) at a reasonable rate and gulf access does not get more direct than this on Sanibel. 2 heated pools, a fishing pier, tennis courts, BBQ grills. The Bldg 10 location is at the north end of the complex with no buildings directly east so it feels more private than buildings to the south. It's only a 100 unit community so it is never feels crowded like some bigger complexes on Sanibel.

If you've never been to Sanibel come and see why this is the gem of Florida. Famous for shelling, bicycling is also a key activity with over 25 miles of bike trails. Don't miss Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge for wildlife viewing. There are outdoor activities available of every kind and many wonderful restaurants and extensive cultural, arts and fitness opportunities.

If you are looking for a new location on Sanibel come see why the east end is the best end!

Great Condo! Great Location! Great Fishing!

We just returned from a week at this waterfront condo and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations or the location of this unit. This unit is right on waterfront and steps away from the private fishing dock where you can watch the dolphins, manatee and other wildlife. The condo has recently been remodeled so much of the furniture is updated and you can tell it is fresh paint throughout. It was very clean and the colors used gave you that beach vibe one wants in Florida. The decor was very tasteful.

The condo had everything you'd need from dishes, cooking utensils, plenty of towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. Also a nice touch was the books, beach chairs, beach towels, bait bucket, pool noodles, fishing rod (my husband bought a reel to use with it) and beach umbrella. Since we flew, we couldn't bring that with us, so it was a huge help when we realized it was provided.

The condo would be great for couple or up to a family of four!

The condo is located in Mariner's Point which for us, was a great location. Mariner's Point is located right when you get off the causeway and is well kept and maintained. It has two nice pools, shuffleboard, tennis and grills to cook out on. The other plus was the private fishing dock. Upon booking this location, I saw it had a private fishing dock, but had no idea that this is one of the best places to fish! Every night my husband and son would go out to fish and catch fish they did! The caught everything from mackerel, to grouper, to red snapper. There were several other families that stayed at Mariner's Point only to fish and were out there every night with us and one even caught a hammerhead shark! It was a blast!

Also, this location has easy-access to biking trails and is close to the Chamber of Commerce which I recommend visiting your first day on Sanibel.

Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Angie was very easy to work with, the location was great, the condo had a killer view and was steps to the water and we had the added bonus of doing some great fishing! If we come back to Sanibel, we will definitely stay here again!

Awesome waterfront condo!

If you want an island getaway, this is the perfect condo. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and the fantastic view cannot be beat. The fishing off the pier was absolutely great! Lots of wildlife around everywhere...everything from dolphins to bunnies. The complex had a selection of amenities to please everyone. We also left Sanibel with some wonderful seaside jewels we found while shelling. Even the local grocery store was a treat to visit with its wide selection of healthy foods, and the condo kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We had a great time!

Absolutely loved this beautiful condo and the view it provided. Watched dophins the from lanai.

I sat every morning with a cup of hot coffee on the Lanai and watched the wildlife. The bunnies and geckos were entertaining, but the dolphins and fishing pelicans where spectacular. A stroll along the ocean side board walk revealed a variety of fish. Sheep's head could be seen scouring the rocks and fishing pier pillars for crustations. I wish I had fishing gear with me to take advantage of the licenses free fishing on the private Mariners Point pier. Large schools of small fish attracted a variety of larger fish. It was a trest to watch the dolphins close up at the entrance to the canal at the South end of the complex. I also saw a manatee entering the canal during one of my walks along the Mariners Point boardwalk. My husband caught ab found of a manitee in the canal and I often saw dolphins fishing in the canal.

A sandy public beach is a short walk away. But preferred to take a longer walks around the island and along the Golf coast beaches. But the best shelling and wild life watching is on the bay side north of the Sanibel public Fishing Pier.

I had the pleasure of meeting Karen, the property manager. She was very helpful and is always looking for ways to make the stay more enjoyable.

We are hoping to return with our teenage sons. With some water shoes we will all enjoy the bay water in front of the unit. A few rocks won't stop us from exploring the clear waters. On a calm day I'm certain a mask and snorkel is all we will need to enjoy a variety of sea creatures just beneath the surface, something the Gulf side of the island will never reveal because of the waves.

I would recommend a quick trip to Publix before coming to the island. The unit has both a regular coffee pot and a Kuerig. But Jerry's has anything you'll need if you run out.

This unit was perfect. it was clean, well-maintained, quiet and all appliances and equipment were in excellent condition. We enjoyed the view of the Inter- coastal Waterway as there was almost always something to watch...motor boats, kayaks, sail boats, etc.. The Jasmine arborway leading to the pool had a delicious scent making you feel as if you were being welcomed. The manager was very responsive to our questions. We look forward to returning next year.

Lovely waterfront condo! Well equipped with everything you need from beach chairs to hair dryers! Friendly family oriented atmosphere. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatee each evening. Planning to return next year!

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
