The Winter Palace is a beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a magnificently restored 1880’s building. Located in a peaceful location on Avenue St Charles, the apartment is within easy walking distance of the beach and the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, first rate shopping on the Rue d'Antibes and the city’s wonderful restaurants and night life.
The apartment sleeps 4 people in two large double bedrooms. The living room is beautifully furnished in a classic style and provides access to 2 balconies overlooking the gardens, each providing stunning views of the Estoril mountains and a glimpse of the sea. There is a flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD, free internet access, central heating and air conditioning.
You can now also book securely online by using your credit card to complete the transaction.
The apartment is decorated to the very highest standard throughout and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The main bathroom features a large jacuzzi bath and there is a shower room with WC.
So many of our visitors have been impressed with the apartment and its location that we are now seeing 60% returning on an annual basis.
A fabulous apartment. It was spacious and beautifully furnished and included everything you could possibly need for that perfect stay - there was a wine cooler and even hairdryers in each of the bedrooms.
We came without a car and found everything we needed within easy walking distance - beach, great restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The apartment is located in a really quiet street and so a good night's sleep is assured.
We particulary enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of gin and tonic on our return from the beach. Just perfect.

Myself and 3 friends has a lovely few days at the apartment in Cannes. The property was a situated perfectly, very close to high streets, shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach which was no more than a 10 minute walk where we spent a lovely few days sunbathing. Despite being so close the the centre of Cannes the location of the apartment was quiet which meant you had the convenience of attractions but not the noise pollution.
The actual apartment was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were large and beds very comfortable. Our first night we managed to go to a local market and buy a Seabass which we cooked in the apartment where we ate in the grand living room.
Overall location, cleanliness, size,furnishings (and company) of the apartment were top class. Would recommend to anyone visiting Cannes.
Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a great holiday in Cannes.
We were a group of 4 girl friends staying for a long weekend. Ideally located, in walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
Two south facing balconies are great for an evening drink with a view!

Brilliantly located property away from the hustle bustle, but an easy walk to the seafront/ town (bus at the end of the road if you feel walking is to much on holiday or to venture to neighbouring towns). Beautiful interior with a spacious, light, highly comfortable living area, great table for entertaining should you want to pop to the market and cook a feast, supermarket and bakery just around the corner.
Lovely south facing balconies to enjoy a glass of wine on return from a hard day on the beach.
Bed was super comfy and everything was clean and fresh.
Kitchen had everything you would need and hmmm a jacuzzi bath!!!!
All in all can't complain about anything, great location, lovely building, stunning apartment. Will hopefully return in the not to distant future.
This is my 3rd year in a row staying in this apartment. It's well appointed, has every amenity, and is always spotless upon arrival. The location is ideal because it's tucked away from the noise and hustle bustle of the main streets, yet less than a 5 minute walk to everything you need.
The apartment is in one of the very best locations and is within easy and flat walking distance of the fabulous Rue d’Antibes, the beach and the Croisette, the train station, the Palais de Festivals, the markets and the old town of Suquet with its excellent restaurants. If you prefer, a regular bus (No 21) can be caught some 200 yards from the apartment taking you directly to the Palais de Festivals and the Town Hall (1€) where you can connect with all the other local buses.
If you want to explore a little further afield you can catch a train to Nice, VilleFranch, Cap Ferrat, Antibes, Monaco/Monte Carlo or even into Italy just 45 min. away. If you would prefer to explore the many picturesque towns and villages inland such as Mougins, Valbonne and Grasse you can catch a bus or you can take a ferry to the islands just off Cannes or to St Tropez.
You really don't need a car in Cannes as there are few things more pleasant than taking a leisurely stroll along the wonderful Croisette.
