Moncuquet Grange is a stone built barn and pigeonnier, commanding southerly views over the valley of the 'Petite Seoune', a particularly tranquil part of unspoilt south west France. Drenched in medieval history, the immediate area has several 'bastide' or fortified villages (Beauville, Puymirol, Tournon d'Agenais) offering colourful markets and lively evening festivites throughout the summer.
The contemporary styled living space is light, spacious and comfortable. The modern open plan sunny kitchen with granite cooking island, preparation area and breakfast bar, opens with full length glass sliding doors to a covered wooden terrace and pool for enjoying a real in/out living experience with a panoramic view. A south facing terrace offers sun worshippers a piece of paradise and the parasol pines guarantee a shady spot for reading, dozing or just gazing at the buzzards wheeling down the valley. Walks can be taken from the house down into the valley and up to wooded hills opposite.
