WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT! We have structured this condo to be very luxurious, cozy and comfortable after your long day of activities. There is nothing rustic about this condo, we want your experience to be very luxurious and comfortable. You will be greeted with a bottle of Noisy River Winery and Cellars', Rojo Caliente Red Chile Wine. A hot little kiss of a grape wine with red chile flavor added. It comes from Ruidoso's own local winery, which is located downtown. They have several locations including 2 wine tasting locations, a Mercantile Shop and across the street a wonderful wine restaurant with tasteful cheese boards, appetizers, and out door seating.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You are walking distance from uptown Ruidoso. It is a .6 mile walk along the Rio River, block and one half from Lowe's Grocery, and also located on the 11th green of Cree Meadows Golf Course. You will not have to drive downtown, look for a parking place, and then risk the drive home after having a glass of wine. Also we are located very close to Ski Apache, not even one block off of Mechem Dr. which puts us 5 miles to the Shell Station which is the turn to go to the ski area.

LUXURY, LUXURY, LUXURY! You walk in the door and are greeted by new wood flooring, a deep brown US-AAA solid leather couch/pull out bed, chair, ottoman, and electric recliner purchased from Miller Waldrop, our local “very classy and luxurious” furniture store. Electric fireplace which you turn on with a click of a remote control. (No having to purchase firewood and starter, carry it up the stairs, and spend time lighting it.) You also have WI-FI, HD channels, and Cable with LED TV’s equipped with a DVD player to play all those special home movies. Both bathrooms have deep soaking tubs, small bar of soap from our special local soap maker, All Lathered Up, in uptown Ruidoso. They have wonderful soaps, lotions, and creams, another Ruidoso favorite.

The bedrooms have 650 count sheets and pillow cases with Sleep for Success pillows by Dr. James B. Maas as found in Bed, Bath and Beyond, down alternative comforters, and very plush blankets which are on top of a brand new Sealy Pillow Top queen mattress in the 2nd bedroom and a brand new king in the Master Bedroom. The towels are “Luxury Hotel” oversized and all cotton. There is a lighted makeup mirror in the master bedroom and hair dryers in both baths plus shampoo and cream rinse. Each bed has luxurious comforter or duvet cover and luxuries euro pillows, pillow shames and decorator pillows.

The kitchen, which has totally been remodeled, has new leaded glassware, including wine, martini, highball, and rocks glasses. There is new flatware, dishes, cutlery, and cookware to hopefully help you make your own remarkable meals. There is available for your use, all new, Cuisinart blender, small Cuisinart electric chopper, Crock Pot slow cooker, toaster, and all kinds of cooking utensils including a Houdini lever corkscrew. There is a gas grill on the deck for your use. There are grilling utensils in the condo to make your outside grilling a pleasant experience. If you are staying a longer stay you have housekeeping available to freshen up your condo at your expense.

Please drive slowly down the streets of Ruidoso because the deer, elk and wild horses will just decide to cross the street at any time.They are one of the many things that makes Ruidoso such a memorable experience!
