A villa with sea- and mountain view. Perfect location for relaxation

Typical Provençal style villa with a beautiful south facing garden and a lovely view of the sea and mountains. From the living/dining room & kitchen there are access to terraces, garden, pool, newly renovated pool terrace, and private petangue court. The living room has an open fireplace, TV, DVD and music system. The villa contains 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 seperate rest room and 1 laundry/storage room.

Terre Blanche Golf Club: Designed by Englishman Dave Thomas. Le Château course provides sumptuous views onto the surrounding Provence countryside. The generally good-width fairways on the Chateau course weave their way through quiet forests of mature oaks and tall pines, and many other tree varieties. A championship layout in every sense, the Chateau's many elevation changes are occasionally accompanied by tumbling, rock-filled water hazards, most notably at the wonderful downhill par-5 11th - the layout's signature hole.

Golf de Mandelieu, Old Course: Founded in 1891 by the Duke Mickael of Russia, laid out by one of the world's greatest course designers, Harry Colt. Like many of the older seaside courses, a small railway runs alongside, or in this case through the course, while the River Siagne also splices the layout in two. You will cross the river twice, courtesy of a small pontoon-ferry. Occupying flat terrain and carved from a forest of Mediterranean umbrella pines, the fairways in this attractive and natural parkland setting are well-spaced and invariably tree-lined. A course that sufficiently will test your all-round golfing skills.

Golf de l'Esterel: Just over a mile from the beaches of Saint-Raphael, in the heart of the majestic pine Massif de l'Estrerel. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior. The course has great views as it runs down into the Mediterranean Sea. The tightish, undulating fairways, typically lined with umbrella-pines, will demand accuracy from the tee. Good greenside bunkering and water on a third of the holes will also require adept shot-making into the good-sized greens.

Beautiful house - perfect location

La Colline was a perfect holiday destination for our party of six. The house is tastefully decorated and well equipped - with a lovely garden, terrace, pool and pétanque area. The views are gorgeous and the location is tranquil. We were often happy just to relax and enjoy all the property has to offer. However, there is also much to explore in the area and everything is quite easily accessible, whether you want to visit the many hilltop villages inland or dip down to the coast. We especially enjoyed the Lac de St Cassien - close by and great for swimming or paddle boarding. Marianne was very responsive and helpful during the booking process and the local property managers were friendly and efficient.

A charming provance house with great view towards Iles de L'erins. Very nice relaxed pool area surrounded by a beautiful garden. This place is definitely a visit worth.

Fantastic

This house, garden and pool was perfect for a three week combination of parental leave and vacation.

The surroundings and view is magnificent from all rooms in the house as well as on the terrace.

The villa is right in the middle of Les Adrets village. A beautiful village surrounded by mountains and overlooking the bay of Cannes. Here you will find all the necessities, such as bakeries, supermarkets, post & tourist office, pharmacy, bar and restaurants, cinema and weekly markets.

The beaches of Cannes-Mandelieu and Theoule are located only 10 km away. Fejus and Saint-Raphael Bay, just 16 km away with the possibility of sailing to Saint-Tropez. Within a few minutes you find the Saint Cassien lake with all kinds of water sports, fantastic trekking, hiking and mountain-bike routes. There are several beautiful golf courses nearby and are you into cultural experience, visit one of the many medieval towns such as Fayence, Mougins or Biot - all within a short distance by car. Experience Cannes with its festivals and luxurious shops, and for the kids enjoy the Marineland, Aqualand, Luna Park, etc. - all in near distance.
