Britannia House #814002

We just spent ten days at Britannia House in Soho. We are six adults who travel extensively and love London. The location is wonderfully noisy and active with a literal endless amount of restaurants, pubs, bars and nightlife at the doorstep. There are five storeys in the flat with the kitchen on the bottom floor, with a living/sitting room on the ground floor with a bedroom on each of the higher floors. We will be booking this wonderful flat again when we return with a group. I cannot tell you how accommodating the owners were with the minor problems we had which were mostly of our own doing. I don't want to be too complimentary as to make the property so popular it will be unavailable to us in the future.

Awesome flat- great location!

This place is a gem, one for its facilities, and the location cannot be beat! The communication with the owners was fantastic. The flat was clean, well maintained, the furniture was relatively new, and the beds and showers were in great condition. Will seriously consider this again when visiting the UK. Book with confidence!

Wonderful place to stay in London

Really enjoyed staying in this Central London flat. Location is unbeatable - didn't need to leave a three block radius at any time (but of course, did). Restaurants, pubs, etc... all great.

Only reason I docked one star was 1) the place is WELL heated, and adjusting the thermostat didn't appear to drop the heat any, 2) the water heater wasn't on when we arrived, so day one showers were cold, 3) there is some street noise on Saturday night from revellers leaving the pub across the street, and 4) the stairs - oh man, lots of stairs.

But, having said that - I'd absolutely stay here again. Very pleased with property overall.

One thing I would like to point out is that you (& your guests) were the first people after having all three bathrooms completely renovated along with the entire house in fact and we really tried to make sure everything was 100% for your stay as with everyone that stays in this beautiful house. I apologise for the fact that the top bathroom shower valve was not hot, but the moment you let us know, as you are aware, I had my contractor visit the property to sort it out straight away. This took just 5 mins to sort and glad that the rest of your stay was great. Christmas Break

An amazing location and a comfortable home! It's like a hidden treasure behind an urban facade - in the center of everything. Super easy for the young adults in our family to head out for drinks and fun at night and very convenient for early risers to grab coffee in the morning or go on an early run. We especially loved the bright, cool vibe of the kitchen - a major hang out for our family of 5 (ages 21-55) for breakfast and afternoon tea. We also loved the privacy of having each bedroom/bathroom combo on a separate floor. It's true that the stairs are steep, but just put the most energetic members of your party on the top floor! We had a perfect vacation.

So glad we stayed here!

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location -- close to any restaurant you could imagine. Walkable to shopping areas and the British Museum, with Tube stops nearby. Our family of four had plenty of space, and it was great to come "home" and relax after a day of activities. Everything we needed was very close by. We hope to return!

Bel appartement bien situé

Bel appartement réparti sur 4 niveau au total

Le principe de 1 chambre + Sdb par niveau permet vraiment une super organisation lorsqu'on est 3 couples.

L'endroit est idéalement placé en plein Soho.

Petit bémol : comme le salon est au RDC et qu'il done directement sur d'arblay street, les fenetres sont opacifiées donc la lumière du jour ne rentre pas beaucoup, et en plus on entend parfois les gens qui font la queue au Breakfast Club adjacent.

Bonne expérience cependant.
