Property is beautiful and very spacious and indoor swimming pool is fab. Outdoor space is nice plus tennis court is a nice bonus . Just make sure you don't leave Andrew and Katherine's bats and balls in the court, they are quite possessive over them. Overall really enjoyed our stay
an amazing getaway
This was our first opportunity for a weekend get away. which really was a success due the hospitality comfort and understanding of the owners who were extremely willing that we had maximum comfort.
It really severed our purpose and fulfilled what we needed.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a break!
Great place to stay!
Clean and well laid out, the pool is underneath the huge master bedroom (which has a roll top bath in it! Luxurious!) fittings and fixtures were nice and modern, kitchen was especially good with an induction hob. It was put to good use! Beds were comfy and soft, but there was one minor issue with the master bed in that it creaked when you turned over in the night. Apart from that it was good, all you need in a place.
Pool was really nice and warm, a good length to do some proper swimming and good for kids to splash about in, though it is fairly deep at about 1.4m, so watch out for smaller children.
There's a friendly horse called Brownie you can meet, and feed carrots. Plenty of room in the orchard for children to run about, and a tennis court.
It's close to Shrewsbury for shops, and is close enough to Telford for the Iron Bridge set of museums, I highly recommend getting a passport for those, it'll save you money and you can keep going back, you'll probably need more than a day to visit them all. We used the passport over 3 days in total. You can - if you're feeling adventurous - pop over to Wales as well.
Andrew & Katherine were very friendly and helped us out with a couple of things we needed, the flowers, wine and locally made cake were a great touch to help us start off our holiday!
Wonderful Place to Stay
We stayed for a week at the Coach House and had a wonderful time. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and the pool was a fabulous luxury. Our two boys enjoyed the pool and the tennis court and my youngest son loved feeding Brownie carrots. We had a really relaxing time and Katherine and Andrew made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived and throughout our stay. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Coach House.

Absolutely amazing place, beautiful setting and extremely high standard and clean
We absolutely loved our week stay at the coach house. The house is beautifully clean, relaxing and set in a lovely garden. The pool was fantastic, lovely and warm and a really good size for a swim. Katherine and Andy are wonderful hosts, we could easily have spent another week there, relaxing in the garden was lovely and peaceful. what a fantastic property.
