  • Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 4 (2 Bedrooms) Notes on bedrooms: Master bedroom is very spacious with lots of light. It has a double bed, a big wardrobe, small safe, air conditioning and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom is an interior room with a bunk bed and a small wardrobe, it has no Windows but is very comfortable. This room doesn't have air conditioning, but a fan will be provided.

Notes on accommodation: A non smoking policy applies inside the apartment, and smokers are asked to only smoke on the balcony. Utility Room: Washing machine, water heater, iron/ironing board, cleaning equipment like sweeping brush, mop and bucket. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The linen and towels are included in the rental. You have also at your disposal beach towels. The property is cleaned right before your arrival. If you want an extra cleaning day it could be arranged with a cost of 50 euros paid locally.

Wonderful holiday.

We had a lovely 11 nights in this apartment. Lovely views & so close to the beach & restaurants. It was exactly as described. Communication with Ana before & during holiday was excellent. Jorge our taxi driver for the airport transfers was so friendly & reliable & Leonor at the apartment was also very helpful. We would love to return.

Perfect location. Everything you need .

The apartment is very spacious and extremely well equipped. A credit to Anna the owner, and we'll managed by Leonore, who are around if you need any help. Plus Jorge the taxi driver ( ask him to call for some local oranges , delicoius) Everything you need is at hand, from excellent restaurants to cocktail bars and more. You have to try the Vertigo bars cocktails.

The apartment is very secure and easily accessible but beware the cobbles and hills if you aren't very good at walking . Very close to the escalators to take you down into the Town. A bus trip to Silves is recommended if you want a bit of Algarve history and culture.

If you're looking for a central Old Town apartment then look no further. You will not be disappointed. If youre wanting to cook meals in the apartment there is a hob and microwave but no oven, so bare this in mind when shopping for supplies.

A lovely appartment in a fantastic location. We will definitely be going back.

The appartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. There is a large and very private balcony which gets full afternoon and evening sun and has magnificent sea views.

The swimming pool which is just down the corridor and the underground parking are a real bonus.

The appartment is within easy walking distance to the old town (and back lol) so close to shops, bars and restaurants but still far enough away so that you are not disturbed by the nightlife.

The organisation and communication prior to and upon arrival/departure are very professional.

You can book with confidence.

Can't wait to return.

The apartment was brilliant. In a fab location and everything you could need for a perfect holiday

Just left Albuferia after having a week's holiday at Ana's apartment. The apartment was fabulous and very well laid out, spacious and well equipped. Was in a great location 2 mins from beach yet far enough away so as not to be disturbed from the 'youngsters' partying. Jeorge collected us and returned us to the airport and gave us a great insight into the town. Cannot fault the holiday except maybe the unpredictable weather for the time of year. Well rested and recharged until the next time. Thank younAna and Jeorge

A fabulous apartment with fantastic views

We have recently returned from this apartment and can honestly say it was fabulous. It was spacious, very clean and had all the facilities/amenities readily available as stated on the website. The booking was dealt with in a professional and timely manner and communications with Ana were superb. She even provided chocolates and wine as a birthday gift waiting for me on arrival. Ana put us in contact with Jorge for airport transfers who was friendly and professional ( he even pointed out attractions we may like to visit during our stay). The apartment had security access and a lift to the 4th floor which we were grateful for after long walks.

Overall the facilities exceeded my expectations and would recommend this accommodation to friends and family. Can't wait to return! Thank you Ana

The apartment is only a 5 minutes stroll from the beautiful Fishermans Beach and the old town. You also have other amazing beaches just a short taxi or bus ride from the apartment.

The beach has water sports facilities on summer season and plenty of restaurants all year around.

Distances:

Faro Airport is just 40 minute drive away.

If you just want to relax a car is not necessary because the beach and the town are just outside your door.

You also have some public transports (bus, road train and taxi) stops just 50 m outside the apartment.

If you plan to rent a car, parking is also not a problem because the apartment has parking for one car.
