I love my cottage - it's in such a wonderful area - just thinking about it makes me smile! And I'd love to have you share it. I'm sure you will be happy here too & may join the visitors who come back year after year.
Caroline purchased this Cottage in 2005
Why Caroline chose Ambleside
The location is just wonderful. Great views and friendly sheep come to nibble the grass. The village is so friendly I immediately felt at home
What makes this Cottage unique
I love sitting on the terrace having morning coffee or a glass of chilled white wine in the evening after a day on the fells

The setting and environs were indeed outstanding. We found the property adequate. We enjoyed our stay as we took many walks around the area and Lakes.
Good location. Nice cottage with a good layout. Everything we needed for a holiday in the lakes.

Nice property in excellent location.
a group of us stayed at this property whilst some of us did the great north swim for the 4th time. Previously we had stayed in Ambleside. This property is a little out of ambleside but is served by a good bus service and is in a lovely location. There is a little village shop a short walk away and a couple of pubs within easy walking distance. The property is well equipped and met our needs well.
This is a good review, so surprised it was only given 3 stars
