About Tina Tierney
We moved to the Yorkshire Dales over 30 years ago, and have lived in Grassington for most of that time. Until recently Dave ran a salmon fish farm in the nearby village of Hebden, and is now building up a business supplying salmon whitebait to local restaurants. Tina is a counsellor, and before that she taught at the local secondary school. We have a 7 year old cocker spaniel Alfie who is quite batty but very friendly to any visitors. We live next door to the flat and are on hand for any information or help required.

A great well equipped flat in an idealistic location.
A well equipped flat, idea for a couple with friendly owners who accept well behaved dogs. Numerous dales walks from the doorstep, and only minutes away from the village center with pubs and shops
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed your stay.
Excellent, with stunning views, from the property in a quiet location in the village.
A light and airy first floor apartment, with all amenities you would require. Set in a quiet location within the village, with lovely views! Yet just a 5 minute walk along the old alleyways and lanes, to the Main Street of Grassington, with all its amenities! A superb location with parking.
Beautiful location with stunning views. Great access for all local activities and amenities
Lovely people and very easy to book online, all very straight forward. The flat is in a fabulous location with stunning views. Everything you require is within the flat, even little t light candles for a romantic touch. Only downside was it's a bit "doggy" ! I had to remove the rug as it had a strong smell of dogs but we were aware it is dog friendly, just a bit over powering. Also the flat could do with up dating or a good top to bottom deep clean. We had a lovely stay and would recommend if you are taking your dog with you.
Thank you for your comments - glad you enjoyed your stay overall and we take note of improvements we could make to get top marks.
Great location but property needs updating and a new mattress!
The flat is in a great location and within easy walking distance of Grassington centre for its pubs and shops. The kitchen area of the flat is good, but the rest needs updating and in parts it was not clean. Our main gripe though was the bed mattress which gave us back pains and is one of the most uncomfortable we’ve ever experienced, so much so that we left on our last evening as we couldn’t face another night on it. With new sofas, a new mattress, a lick of paint and some new bits and bobs it could be a really lovely place, it just needs some TLC and some money spent on it. Shame as the location and views are great.
So sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent stay, especially as generally the feedback from our guests is very positive. We were away during your stay and did not have our usual cleaning arrangements, so I apologise for any shortfall in standards. We take note of your comments and thank you for letting us know how we could improve. And thank you for ackowledging what a lovely location the flat enjoys.
Lovely compact flat
We spent three nights in this lovely flat with stunning views of the country side. Only 5 mins walk to the centre of the village. There was private parking for two cars which is essential in grassington. The owner David was very friendly.
Thank you Linda, glad you enjoyed your stay
Lovely cottage style flat in a beautiful part of God's own county.
My husband and I (together with our two fur babies) had an absolutely wonderful few days in and around Grassington. The flat fit our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the place was so peaceful, we barely heard a sound from the outside world. We'd love to stay again.
So glad you enjoyed your visit! Hope to see you again ...
