Great View

The condo is very nice. The kitchen is the best equipped I’ve seen in any vacation rental I’ve ever been in. Overall it’s a great place with an amazing view. Worth every penny

Condo is great!

Condo was exactly as pictured. Clean with plenty of towels in the bathroom, kitchen gadgets (regular coffee pot AND Keurig!) storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms to get your stuff out of the way, very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Fans if you need them to sleep tucked away in the closets, as well as boogie boards and beach chairs (we brought our own, but they were there.) Close parking with no problems finding a space. Another reviewer commented on limited number of elevators, but we got into town about 6pm and had no trouble getting a cart and getting to the room. Only thing that would have made condo better was a second recliner on the balcony. Only drawback had to do with physical location of the pool that is closest to this tower. There are three pools servicing 3 towers. The indoor pool takes up some of the space where the west pool is located, so the west pool is smaller than the east pool; so IMO, you still only have the surface area of two pools. Three 20-floor towers using what amounts to two pools. The west outdoor pool is tucked back next to the middle and west tower. The limited area of the pool deck starts getting shade at noon and the whole area of pool deck and pool FULLY shaded by 3PM, and stays that way for several hours. It pushes a disproportionate number of people into the other pool, and also pushes the people already in the west pool across the pool deck and pool, chasing the sun. They are nice pools, It just required more coordinating of where and when I was going to spend my time than I usually expend on vacation. :) Perdido Key is a great location, and this condo was very comfortable (again, great beds!)
