Sea Sounds is located in Seaview Court in an elevated position overlooking the sea, coast and village and is in the conservation area of Mundesley village. A very short walk from the beach - less than a 2 minute stroll down the lifeboat track. Mundesley is a traditional seaside village with a Blue Flag sandy beach and promenade. The centre of the village has a good range of shops, 2 small supermarkets with ATMs and there are various cafes, pubs and restaurants close by. This is an ideal all year round base for walking, cycling and exploring the area or simply relaxing on the beach, people and seal spotting, or watching the ships, boats and sea birds go by. 30 minutes drive gets you to the Norfolk Broads and 40 minutes to the historic city of Norwich. The apartment is quietly situated with village and coastal views with the sea sounds in the back ground. It has its own secure private garden and patios overlooking the valley and the village. Sea Sounds is fitted out for all year round comfort and usability. The apartment is on one level, on ground floor and directly accessible from the car park without steps. The apartment is not suitable for very young children or babies, and we can only take children from 10 years of age.

An absolutely stunning apartment !!
SeaSounds is a top notch apartment, all interior decor is to the highest standard and is very tastefully done and is very comfortable and homely. The location can not be faulted as it is only a few yards from the beach which is also beautiful. There are a number of really good pubs in which to eat and a couple of lovely cafes to have breakfast etc..to sum it up it was a fantastic week and we will definitely be going back

Lovely, comfortable property
We stayed for a week at Sea Sounds at the beginning of September. The property is in lovely condition, very spacious and warm. Everything was perfect - large tv, a lovely patio to sit out on and a lovely chocolate cake and other essentials to welcome us. John was also there to welcome us and on hand had we needed him during the week. If in the area again, we would definitely return to Sea Sounds. Thank you for a lovely holiday x

Amazing charming location
Had an amazing few days break in lovely accommodation , everything you need and more , clean comfortable warm , hospitality from the owners perfect .. we really did not want to leave, we shall be returning many thanks John and Helen
High quality apartment, very clean and secure
Had lovely stay, very clean and everything you would need at hand, all beds were super comfy property very secure for dog and great location stones throw to the beach which was clean and vast with nice sand.
A lovely clean homely apartment perfectly positioned , we had a very relaxing enjoyable week and would definitely recommend and use the apartment again .

Historic City of Norwich with many places of interest to visit. ‘Shop ‘til you drop’ with 2 large malls and probably the best permanent outside market in the UK. Excellent choice of pubs, restaurants and ethnic dining venues.

The Blue Flag beach, lifeboat station and fishing boats are less than 2 minutes stroll (less than a minute if you run down the lifeboat road!) from Sea Sounds via a single track to the life boat station below the cliffs and adjacent to the fishing boats. Depending on the tides and personal stamina it is possible to walk via the beach to the northwest to Cromer and to the north east to Happisburgh. Cliff top walks. Wide sky and seascapes with long sandy beaches. Seals regularly spotted.
Travel: Norwich – 21 miles. Cromer – 7 miles.
Buses run from Mundesley to Cromer and Norwich, and beyond.
Trains run to Norwich from Cromer and North Walsham stations.
The use of a car and bicycles will definitely enhance your holiday!

There are 2 small supermarkets (incl Tesco Express) and there are various cafes, pubs and restaurants close by. Cash machines at both supermarkets, nearest banks are North Walsham (4 miles) Cromer (7 miles), Stalham (7 miles)

Booking Notes: All bookings are held for 7 days pending 50% non-refundable deposit, payable by BACS transfer. Dates will be confirmed by email on receipt of deposit. Balance payable by BACS transfer 60 days before start of holiday together with a £100 security deposit to cover any damage or breakages plus any additional dog charge of £45. Bookings within 60 days of start of holiday require full payment by BACS transfer at time of booking, and once paid and booking confirmed the payment will be non-refundable. The Security Deposit is refundable via BACS payment within 14 days of your holiday end if no damage and apartment is left as clean and tidy as presented to you at the start of your holiday. Changeover Day: Saturday is changeover day for weekly bookings. Arrival after 3.00pm, departure by 10.00am unless otherwise agreed with us. Winter/off peak short breaks available, for a minimum of 3 nights, and changeover day for these arranged to suit Notes on prices: Prices are for full week bookings, include electricity, heating, bed linen and towels. We provide a store cupboard of basics (tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc) so you don't have to bring that box of bits and pieces with you.
