Traditional Spanish house only 30 m from the beach with Wi-Fi

2 Bedroom town house with 2 terraces, sleeps 4 - 6. The house is located 20 m from 'La Carihuela' beach. The beach front walkway runs between Torremolinos and Benalmadena and the apartment is positioned central to these two towns; only ten minutes walking distance to each one. The location is perfect for relaxation with bars, restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, and shops all on your doorstep. Malaga airport is only ten minutes away, by car or taxi. The town house apartment is comfortably furnished and keeping with traditional Spanish style. All windows have blackout sun shutters. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave , washing machine, iron/ironing board. Also includes satellite TV, bed linen, towel. All year-round holiday rental, long and short lets. Children welcome, low allergen environment.

Very impressed!

I've stayed in this apartment with my family for 7 nights and it was really amazing experience. 7 peaople can sleep well properly there. There is no problem with air conditioning, wifi or TV. Two toilets are benefit as well. The best thing is that its about 1 minute of walking from the beach, shops, restaurants and so on. I highly recommend this property to everyone!

Great location and authentic Spanish style

This apartment is in a perfect location, so close to the beach that you can even hear the sea at night. The style of the apartment is authentic Spanish so it really feels as if you are on holiday, it is welcome change from staying in a boring hotel. I would recommend the apartment to anyone who enjoys an easily accessible beach and local amenities and services, because you can walk to everything you will need.

Great property

I've stayed in this property in august 2011 with my friends. The conditions and location were great. Everything is close - beach (30 meters), supermarket (20 meters), church (30 meters), cash machine (2 meters), restaurants and main street (0 meters). There are also a few car rental places (found 3) in the neighbourhood. The bus stop (e.g to Malaga) is also quite close (~10 min walk), railway station is 20-30 min walk but the route is straight.

I'll definitely recommend this place.

The location is perfect for this destination, the beach just being 20 m away, with all the bars, restaurants, cafes, tapas bars and the shops being just on your doorstep. Torremolinos is 10 min walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants. Benalmadena port is 10 min walk with its port and harbour, where you can travel by boat to Malaga. It is an ideal place to explore as the main bus line to Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Malaga, Mijas, Benalmadena and Marbella are on your doorstep. The costa del sol in general and Torremolinos in particular has a wide selection of entertainment and sport e.g. the nearby historical city of Malaga, the Botanical gardens, the zoo at Fuengirola, Sea Life at Benalmaden.

Other Activities: Go karting, football, aqua park, Tivoli world (fun fair) pedalos, canoes, boat and fishing trips
