I have lived in and loved this apartment for many years. I live close by now and visit whenever it is available. My family has grown and we have taken over an old farmhouse .

Fantastic views and location close to town. Park the car in the private car park and never use it again if you wish. Pretty glib to say but in truth its hard to replace the freedom and interest of being able to walk out and enjoy the expanse of the ocean and the interest of an independent
What makes this Apartment unique
There is no better place to watch the sunset or the weather coming in over the sea, a short stroll across the headland to the beach or into town for a fabulous meal. If your lucky enough to have a storm out over the sea with lightening my goodness is that a thing!

Lovely property in a fantastic location
We had a fabulous few days stay in between Christmas and New Year- great location, no need to move the car as everything a short walk away , fabulous views from the apartment.

Outstanding coastal view - a Bude gem
Home from home, very comfortable, clean, light, fresh and quiet. Well-equipped. Brilliant location; coast and town are a short, level walk so left the car in the dedicated parking space. Fine, warm weather was a bonus. Great to find quality, spacious accommodation in our beloved Bude.

The North Cornwall coastal path is close to the front of the building.
Broomhill Manor in Bude also stables locally at Tamar Lakes, Holsworthy and Camelford.
In bude the Castle Museum home to the famous Goldsworthy Gurney and the Bude light.
Bude gives easy access to the wealth of North Cornwall and Devon amenities. Historical sights, (Morwellan Quay(world heritage site) <50 min, Eden <90 min, stunning beaches, towns and countryside or snuggle up with the wonderful views.
Surf schools. Kayaking. Coasteering, surfing
Dartmoor, Exmoor, Bodmin Moor all within close reach.
Summerleaze beach is a step away with its extensive sands, it also has a large breakwater protecting a small harbour and the mouth of the Bude Canal with its massive lock gates and the River Neet. On the other side of the beach the famous Sea pool making safe bathing whatever the weather. Walk along the beach (low tide) or over the Downs to Crooklets beach and if you wish continue over the cliff to Sandymouth and beyond or in the other direction to the glory of Widemouth Bay & on to .
Exeter has a mainline train station (fast from paddington is 2 hours 10 minutes) and an airport. Also Bodmin Parkway 33 miles away
Exeter is an hours drive. Bus connection is available. The Westcliff is 5 minute walk from the bus station.
Bristol airport is 2 hour drive
Newquay airport 1 hour.
