About the property

Unique apartment with a stunning terrace and private pool.

The Real de la Carretería apartment is unique both for its location and its spectacular private terrace with its own pool.

We access the apartment through the living room, where we find a sofa area very bright and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is open to it. Both spaces are divided by a step. In the kitchen we can find the most modern elements to prepare any dish you need. It also has a dining space for up to seven guests.

On this same floor is the bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite and a small toilet.

Climbing the stairs we access an open space where the second double bed is located. This space gives access to the terrace, very spacious and equipped with garden furniture, hammocks and umbrellas.

But certainly the highlight of this apartment is its magnificent swimming pool, located on a corner of the terrace and with magnificent views with the Cathedral dominating the horizon. It also has a shower for total comfort. (Pool season from April 1st to October 31st). A real luxury, unique in the city, for an unforgettable stay in Seville.

This apartment is excellent! Very well equipped and great location.

The apartment has everyrhing you need and is right in the heart of great tapas restaurants and cafes. The bullring is literally round the corner too - you're really in the heart if Seville! We were met on arrival and everything was explained and the apartment was lovely and clean. Take care with young children as the stairs are open and the 2nd bedroom has little privacy though superb in every other way.

Lovely , fully appointed and light filled flat.

I have nothing but good things to say. Starting with a Genteel affiliated car service that provided an on time airport pickup, and thorough check in by the enthusiastic and personable Genteel rep. Most impressed that the apartment is situated with streets on both front and back so it’s flooded with light. French doors on both the kitchen and first floor bedroom. Double glass and top floor location assure a quiet stay. The kitchen was beautifully appointed with everything required to cook in . ( but in Sevilla, who would want to?) New ,high end appliances. Beds very comfortable with elegant, highly functional bathroom in the first floor bedroom. Cozy but not too private upstairs loft bedroom leads to the spectacular roof terrace with amazing 360 degree views. The washing machine is located up there. ( no dryer, but drying rack is provided), as well as an unpublicized bathroom! Table and chairs and chaise lounges provided. The intriguing and mysterious connecting roofscapes of Seville unfold before you. The apartment is ideally located proximate to everything- Triana,cathedral, bus, tram, Santa Cruz all within walking distance. An amazing collection of eating choices close at hand. The apartment is perfect for two and there is a half bath accessible to both the living room sofa bed and the upstairs loft, that could conceivably make it suitable for four. In closing, I can only say the customer service provided by Genteel properties before and during the stay was phenomenal.

Superb apartment near the cathedral.

We stayed at this spectacular apartment during Semana Santa. The description and photos are accurate; without doubt this is the best holiday apartment we have ever rented. The open plan design makes it light and airy, with high ceilings, ceramic floors, and tasteful furniture. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, a state of the art induction hob set in the dining table and a suspended lighting system above. The apartment is superbly equipped with cutlery and crockery. Finally there is a lovely, spacious terrace with plenty of shade, a view of the cathedral, and, of course, the little pool. The whole apartment was clean and sparkling. Reyes met us there, showed us all the necessary features, plus recommendations for local eating places, which were all excellent and good value. There is a good supermarket in the next street, open every day, even over Easter.

We had thought the huge Semana Santa crowds would be off-putting, but everyone was friendly, good natured and in holiday mood. We knew that getting around the streets would be a problem, because there were so many processions blocking them. One unexpected bonus was the chance look over one of the Semana Santa processions from the roof terrace. We had a wonderful time, greatly enhanced by the proximity of the flat to the city centre.
