Spacious and luxurious 6 bedroom villa with sea and mountain views, beautiful gardens ample sun terraces. Sun loungers, outdoor and indoor dining areas and an outside large barbecue. We are in walking distance to a super market , restaurants, bars and bus stops. 10 minutes drive to Marbella, 20 minutes drive to Purto Banus and 10 minutes to Cala de Mijas.

The large heated swimming pool and sauna are more useful in winter. The cinema room and the games rooms allow parents to relax while the children enjoy these places.

This area is residential and very quiet. We ask our guest to respect the neighborhood as they do at home and to avoid noise.

There are of lot of places in Marbella to sing, dance and enjoy the night life so we ask not to do party at the villa.

The 4 beds bedroom is more intended for children.

This property is surely the best ratio quality/price. You will enjoy the nice and quiet garden and the wonderful swimming pool. In five minutes you can reach the best beach of the area and very nice restaurants, in 10 mns the center of the city and the old "plaza de naranjos" or the famous night clubs of Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus..

What makes this villa unique

This beautiful villa is in an ideal location, in a residential and very quiet area. Only 700m away are restaurants, supermarket, tennis club and various shops. The best beaches of Marbella are 15 minutes walk. Puerto Banus is 10 minutes by car and the center of Marbella a few minutes.

You can go on google maps and you will be able to situate the exact location of the villa and see all the facilities around.

At the villa the games room (table tennis, table football, billiards, karaoke, video games) and the cinema on the mezzanine will captivate the children, they will be able to enjoy themselves and allow the parents to relax by the pool.

The heated swimming pool and the sauna take all their interest in winter, especially after a day in one of the 40 golf courses nearby.

Outside: We have a large well kept garden front and back there is ample outside seating and dining areas with a large barbecue, a large 11x6 swimming pool and table tennis table . Utility Room: We have two washing machines and one tumble dryer and two irons and ironing boards. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen is provided including hand and bath towels, not beach towels, Washing machine is provided if you want to clean sheets and towels during your stay. Pool and garden is checked and maintained twice a week. Other: Gallery entrance light and spacious large garage with parking for 4 cars plus large drive way. Entrance gate with secure intercom

Fabulous villa with amazing outside living space!

We have just had an amazing holiday in this villa. We were a family of 14 and there was more than enough space. The best part of the villa is the outside area... so many places to sit and chill, plenty of sun loungers, two huge outdoor dining tables, comfy rattan furniture, shaded seating areas and best of all a huge heated swimming pool which we were never out of! The villa has everything you need... pool, games room, outdoor table tennis, cinema, good air con! We would definitely go back... highly recommended :-)

5 minutes drive to local beaches, or 15 minutes walk . We are close to Hippo Beach and Funny Beach which all have sports facilities.


Nearest airport Is Malaga which is 47 kilo or 40 minute drive.


We are 10 minutes drive to Marbella and 20 minutes drive to Peurto Banus.

There is a bus link to all the other local resorts which runs every 30 minutes.

Further Details:

We are close to restaurants, bars and a bus service we are also in walking distance of El Casa tennis, 30 minutes drive to water park and close to beaches.

This is a residential and very quiet area. We ask our guests to respect the neighborhood as they do at home and to avoid noise. There are night clubs and bars where our guets can sing, dance and enjoy night life.

All the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The bedroom of the basement is more particularly intended for children.

Booking Notes:
35% deposit is required on booking and final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. A £1000 security deposit is required which is refunded after villa inspection and refunded to your nominated bank account. There is a 400kw electricity allowance per week, over usage is charged at 25p per kw and would be deducted from your security deposit.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is flexible, minimum of 1 weeks stay during the months of July and August all other months are flexible

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
