Newly refurbished and beautifully appointed with 3 ensuite twin bedrooms

Luxury and newly refurbished house (May 2017) in a quiet courtyard development. Beautifully appointed to the highest standard.

The house has a distinct homely feel. Whether you have been for a round of golf, long walk along the beach or simply a touch of shopping you will find the house extremely comfortable to come back to. You will also experience the impressive panoramic views of the famous Links Old Course and West Sands beach whilst also overlooking the Swilcan Bridge from the comfort of the couch in the lounge.

Ideally located only minutes walk to the centre of St Andrews where you will instantly be amongst the hustle and bustle of the shops, bars and restaurants. All parts of the university town are easily accessible by foot.

The house can accommodate 6 guests in 3 twin rooms, all with modern ensuite bathrooms. There is a large bright open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area ideal for relaxing and taking in the views. Well appointed throughout, including a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available for one car outside the property.

Deluxe bedding and towels are provided. Wifi is available throughout the house. Sky TV is available on the 55 inch television in the lounge and Freeview on the televisions in the bedrooms.

Fantastic Old Course Location

Let’s begin with the location. Sitting in the 2nd floor very comfortable living room you look to the left and see the 18th tee of the Old Course and then you look straight ahead and see them putting out on the 1st hole.

You can easily park one car off street and then walk to just about everywhere.

With three bedrooms and three pristine bathrooms it kept everyone happy.

The afore mentioned 2nd floor had a master with a separate tub / shower. Next to it was the open clean living space and kitchen with all of the amenities.

The owner was always available by phone but once we found the apartment his services were never needed.

By far the finest apartment we have ever stayed in.

Great St. Andrews location

We had a great stay at 1 Links Crescent. Very comfortable, clean and new. The location is spectacular with a great view the Old Course first and eighteenth fairways. The owner is very friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend.

In one word...Perfect!!

The location on the 18th Tee of the Old Course cannot be beat. A lot of thought, planning and expertise went into putting this masterpiece together. Elegant and casual. Everything in the kitchen was in the perfect location. From the latest kitchen appliances, comfortable furniture and beds, clothes washer AND Dryer, two headed high tech showers, nothing was missed. We will be coming back next year and would not stay anywhere else. This home exceeded our expectations. Well done!

Amazing Golf Experience!

Best location in St Andrews

Location cannot be beaten in St Andrews with great views and convenience to everything. This is our first stay at this property and has been beautifully renovated and has all modern conveniences. Would not hesitate to recommend as a great place to stay and will definitely be a consideration for our stay when we visit next year.
