Our home “The Sea Glass” is located off historic Tubman Road in the heart of Brewster. The living room is open to a galley kitchen and a dining area on the first floor. There is a spacious deck off the living room overseeing a large, semi-shaded backyard, a perfect place to sit back and relax after a day at the beach, have a cocktail and grill dinner (gas BBQ included).
There are two spacious bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, there is a third bedroom, second bathroom and a large loft room/lounge with a sleeper sofa. The lounge area is stocked with kids toys, family games, books, a TV, and a Wii entertainment system, everything the kids need to entertain themselves.
The kitchen has new appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or grill. There is WiFi and AC in the house. The backyard is semi shaded, has a few Adirondack chairs and a fire pit to enjoy roasting marshmallows in the evening.
We love the Cape Cod area and would like our guests to have the best experience on the Cape. The house comes with two adult bikes, which you can take for a ride along the Cape Cod Rail Trail and nearby Nickerson State Park. There are many local ponds in the Brewster area where you can go canoeing, fishing and stand up pedaling. The house has beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and beach toys for the kids. Sea Glass is located within a couple of miles from some of the best bay beaches on the Cape where the water is calm and the low tides are a must-see. There are some great seafood restaurants and coffee shops in the Brewster area, as well as many antique shops and galleries worth exploring. A major supermarket is a short drive away while you can pick up the basics at the Brewster General Store within less than a mile from the house.
