Quiet, exclusive 3 bedroom villa in a safe gated community. With a stunning roof terrace, great family entertaining area with barbeque, seating area and sun loungers. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need and leads onto outdoor terrace with a very large table to gather all your friends and family. Perfect for breakfast with an amazing sea view. There is a comfortable indoor lounge with air conditioning with tv featuring Disney plus, netflix to chill or Spotify to get the party started. Nearby is the beautiful traditional Spanish village of Benalmadena pueblo with it's quaint streets, pretty bars, restaurants and shops. The south facing aspect of the villa ensures day long sunshine across the large communal pool only a few steps from the house, sunbathing terraces and private garden, also lots of nice shady spots to relax. Five minutes drive to the beach and fabulous marina offering excellet nightlife. Very near to golf course, supermarket and public transport links.

The property itself is located within a gated community which is beautiful itself just it's location is not that accessible to the beach, local shops supermarkets unless you liking walking hills or have transport

Amazing views and location

20-25 mins from Malaga airport. Easy access with instructions from the owner. Whenever I would text the owner they would always reply straight away. The Villa is amazing with perfect location to the pool and stunning views. Everything that u would need for your stay. I would probably reccomend a car but we did use Ubers all week. 20min walk a little up hill at times to the nearest supermarket and we would get a cab back. Also a 20-30min walk to the old town which was beautiful. A drive to the beach as it is about an hour or so walk. Would recommend the beach nearer the marina as I felt was better. All in all a great week had by all. Thank you Joyce.

Fantastic Holiday

Great villa,great location...fabulous stay with family last 2 weeks. !! Villa has everything you need to make your stay fantastic..The views from rooftop are stunning,plenty of shade if needed The full family loved the pool which was very clean. The 15 minute walk up the hill to the village is well worth it due to a beautiful spanish village awaits you. Cant describe in words the splendour of the square. Great holiday and a great host...thanks Joyce for sharing your home with my family...

I live in England , and try to spend most of our holidays in Spain, where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the country.

Why they chose this property

We love our villa because it is near the beautiful spanish village of Benalmadena pueblo with lots of amenities .
There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. It is also close to golf course, shops and transport.
There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Malaga airport less than thirty minutes drive away.

What makes this property unique

The property is just ten minutes walk from Benalmadena pueblo located in a quiet, exclusive gated community , five minutes drive from the fabulous beach of Benalmadena costa. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of discounted rates at the nearby Benalmadena golf or Torrequebrada golf course, fabulous walk through the andalucian countryside, or cycle around quality road for all levels of cyclists, from beginners to roadies
