A place to go to
The facilities were as advertised and the garden was great and a lot larger than we expected. The house was attractive and ideal for our family break with facilities for young and old. The shops, playground and beach were all a doable walk away. Morfa Nefyn is an idea location with plenty of charm without being overcrowded. Only wish our stay was longer.
Everything you needed was there.
Washing machine start button not working, but we should have reported it to the owner. Otherwise could not fault other than it was a bit unnecessary to ask us to bring bedding and towels when we had limited space in the car. I think the price warranted this provided.
The garden was fabulous except the umbrella was the wrong one to fit the table and therefore could not be used. Also loungers were stated in the description but none were there.
All in all, yes we would stay again.
Spot on ! ❤️
We had a fab time in morfa nefyn , the weather made it ! The cottage was spot on & we could not have wished for more , I was able to walk into nefyn & see my family home & visit my grandparents grave , it was extra special , we will be returning !
Lovely family cottage
This cottage was just what we needed for our short break. Good location to visit Abersoch, Llanbedrog and Trefor.
The cottage had everything we needed, the only criticism is that one of the beds you could feel every string in it and we had to play musical beds!!!
Nice and clean
Very good plenty of utensils clean one slight problem the front door lock played up difficult to lock and unlock at times
Thank you for your review. We are pleaaed you found the cottage to be nice and clean. We apologise about the door lock and a new one has now been fitted.
After reading reviews from other guests we were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the cottage. It was very dusty, had loads of cobwebs, pillows had seen better days, fridge was dirty and freezer needed defrosting badly. We did however have a lovely week as it is a lovely area to visit, with some great walks and scenery.
We are sorry you were slightly disappointed with the cottage. We can only apologize for the freezer needing defrosting. There was a fault on the freezer the week before, which has now been rectified. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the cottage at each departure. Over the last 9 years we have countless excellent reviews in our visitors book regarding how clean they found the cottage on arrival.
