Kitchen: Galley-style kitchen equipped with: electric oven, hob and grill, fridge, microwave, dishwasher.

Sitting room: The L shaped lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and DVD, ipod docking station, radio and an open fire. There is a small sofa bed to accommodate a 6th guest if they do not wish to share the smaller double bed on the first floor.

Dining room: Double doors lead to the conservatory with views and access to the garden. The large dining table and chairs seat 6. High chair available.

Separate wc with basin:

Bedroom 1: A double room with an en suite shower with wc and basin. Double glazed windows.

No 3 Malthouse Court in the coastal village of Thornham, is a spacious terraced cottage built approximately 20 years ago in traditional brick and chalk lump (or clunch) style. As part of a conversion of former farm buildings it really shines with character. Sit out in the pleasant garden surrounded by beautiful shrubs and small trees. Parking for two cars is off road behind the garden. The property has been tastefully furnished to make a comfortable 'home from home'. Located not far from the Home Dunes natural nature reserve, Thornham marsh and close to the Norfolk Coastal path, there is so much to see right on your doorstep. Take time out from sight seeing to sample the delights of the local dishes at nearby The Orange Tree Inn and Restaurant, The Chequers Inn or pick up some nibbles at the Thornham Deli.
