About Diana Richardson
Hi, my name is Diana Richardson. My husband Mike and I purchased this house just over 13 years ago and have lived here very happily. Family and friends have enjoyed many weekends visiting us and the surrounding countryside. We have now moved house due to work responsibilities and thought that it was time to let others enjoy what we have had for the past 13 years. I have enjoyed making the house suitable for holiday letting although it still has many quirks and the character that we have loved. We hope that people who come here enjoy their stay and feel it is a real 'home from home'.

Perfect little retreat away
Thanks Diana, for having us and our dogs! Took my fiancé and our two dogs away for a long weekend break. It was our first time in the north of Wales so we were blown away by the area with its beauty, history and were spoilt for choice for where to hike and explore. The cottage is beautiful, cozy and houses a wonderful book and game collection - perfect! 👌👌 We'd love to stay again sometime!
The cottage is very traditional and really cosy. It is well equipped and clean. Racub is very central and there is plenty to do and see near by or a short drive away. We would definitely return as we loved it.
Thank you Diana
Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Bathroom on the small side especially the hand basin!
We had lovely holiday at this cottage. Cosy when weather turned Welsh. It had most things you could need bar cupboard space for food and a decent light for reading/ craft hobbies as the decor is on the dark side. Bathroom sink too small for decent shave.
Excellent small house for 4 people in a real Welsh Village!
This location is perfect to explore Northern Wales and the Snowdonia region. We toured castles and sites in Conwy, Caernarfon, and on the Isle of Anglesey from this house with no more than a 30 minute drive. The hiking trails into the old slate quarries above the village provide a great view all the way to the ocean and of the mountains. Bethesda can be rough for eating out but there are good grocery stores nearby to buy whatever you'd like. There's a local pub just minutes from the house but we didn't get a chance to visit it.
The house has 2 good sized bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom. The first floor has a decent sized kitchen and a fairly large living/dining room. The backyard is spacious enough for relaxation and picnicking but not for sports. The house reminds me of where I grew up in Philadelphia.
The street is very narrow and the roads will challenge even an expert stick shift driver.
As always fantastic that’s why I can’t wait for my stay
Cottage great everything you need Location quiet and peaceful. Love to unwind here. Handy for Snowdonia and great walking
Super stay in this quaint comfortable cottage.
A quaint cosy cottage very near to Velocity and wonderful walking country. The cottage was very clean with very comfortable beds a large library and games for those times when you don’t want to watch tv. A comfortable stay overall. A little disappointed with the garden it didn’t match the photo on line.
