About Euan Davies
I am a family man with four children and quite a few grandchildren. My fathers side of the family originates from Pembrokeshire and I lived in the county for twenty years and I love it.
Euan Davies purchased this Cottage in 1998
Why Euan Davies chose Cilymaenllwyd
When I saw this property I did not hesitate to buy. It is a beautiful location, remote and secluded, and is situated to give great access to the joys and beauties of Carmartheshire and Pembrokeshire. The cottage itself has a traditional and homely feel but includes enough modern touches to make your stay easy.
What makes this Cottage unique
All linen and towels are provided. Electricity is included in the price. One bag of logs is provided for the log burner in the living room.
Had a lovely 4 night stay at Bryn Gwynn if you want peace and tranquility in a traditional Welsh house with all essentials then this little gem is value for money ....lots of lovely walks and very central position
Would love to return
Many thanks for your kind words.
Loved our stay in this warm, cozy cottage
Relaxing and cosy and a short drive to where we wanted to go
We had a wonderful week at this delightful cottage, we had taken our grandchildren and they had a brilliant time in the garden. They made a den, (we did leave it there so that maybe the next visitors could finish it)! The cottage has everything that you could possibly need. We loved it and will most likely book again
Very quiet and very peaceful!
Very quaint cottage, everything you need was here! It was a pleasure staying here!
Charming old cottage in stunning surroundings.
Unfortunately I had flu for most of my stay, which was such a shame, as it meant I wasn't well enough to explore much.
The cottage is very beautiful, both inside and out. It's really authentic and old-fashioned, and was warm and comfortable. The back gardens were a real joy, and there was plenty of birdsong, and pheasants and partridges to be seen. The surrounding land and views are stunning.
Lovely rural cottage perfect with lots of character
We have just returned from a lovely Easter weekend in Bryn Gywn cottage. Full of character, lots to do lovely walks and not too far for days out to Tenby and Saundersfoot. The cottage has everything you need and the kids didn't even miss the Wi-Fi! We will definatley look at returning next summer.
The cottage is only 20 to 25 mins drive from beaches on the north Pembrokeshire coast (eg Poppet sands) and Amroth on the south coast. It is a good location for visiting the many lovely beaches in Pembrokeshire and its famous coastline.
