This is a great holiday apartment and is 38 m² in size with a10 m² with a west facing balcony complete with an electric sun awning. This apartment sleeps 4 and is on the 1st floor with elevator/lift access. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, sliding door fitted wardrobes and glass doorway opening on to the private balcony. The lounge features a comfortable sofa bed which opens into a large double that sleeps 2. The lounge has sliding doors that also open on to a private West facing 10 m² balcony with electric sun awning with wind speed sensor for shade and privacy overlooking beautiful manicured gardens. Juan Flore 'JF' is a new development located between Cannes & Antibes. Nice Airport is 20 km away. 'JF' is a low rise (3 levels) gated secure complex with 24 hour security, 50m swimming pool, rock formation slide & child area. 5 hectares communal landscaped gardens. 'JF' is 2 km from A8 Auto Route, Exit 44 & No. 250 Express airport bus stop is 150 m from apartment. Train Station 500m away. The centre of Juan is a 20 min leisurely walk along the beach & boasts trendy shopping, restaurants & a nightlife activities. Underground walkway connects 'JF' to free public beach where you can turn left to Juan les Pins or right to Golfe Juan both towns have excellent restaurants for every price range.

Getting here: Bus service:

Express Bus 250 leaves from Terminal 1 to Juan (45 minutes) and the cost is € 8 per person. Our management company will be happy to email detailed instructions upon booking if you choose to arrive by bus.

Car rental: Can be booked on-line and pick up from the airport. Also there are several car rentals, Hertz for one, in the centre of Juan les Pins.

Trains: Trains are available from Nice (St.Augustin) or Nice Central to Juan.

Airport transfers:

We do not recommend catching a taxi from the nice airport. They cost a fortune (1 taxi w/2-3 persons Airport-Juan € 80), only 3 people can ride in a taxi, so large families have to take extra taxis, plus they are often rude.

Pre-book your door-to-door transfer with easy airport shuttle - they have large people carriers so everyone is in one vehicle. They are professional, speak English, and they are also available for sightseeing, nights on the town when you don't want to drive, and can be booked on-line,& pleasant.

Family Entertainment & Adventure Sports:: There are dozens of activities for children as well as adults in the south of France. An abundance of water sports are available from the marinas and beaches including glass bottomed boat trips. `Marineland' one of Europe's largest marine parks is a 15 minute drive and has whales, dolphins, seals, sea lions, sharks and much more, it's a great day out. On the same complex you will find Aquasplash, a fantastic water park, Far West Pettiing Zoo with rides for small children, and Adventure Golf. Across the road is the Antibesland Funfair.

From kite surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, water skiing, deep sea diving (it is possible to get certified in 1 week - as our management company for more details), snow skiing, and more. All of this is on your doorstep from this wonderful apartment in the south of France.

Amenities:: We will be waiting for you when you arrive at Domaine Juan Flore to welcome you into the apartment and are only 5 minutes away if you have any questions or problems. Prior to your arrival they email detailed arrival options including arriving by car, reliable shuttle service, GPS coordinates as well as a copy of their detailed tourist booklet which includes day trips, sports, villages, kids activities and much much more.

A 5 minute walk to super market, a boulangerie, local shops, as well as a selection of very affordable restaurants, bars, and an internet cafe. Direct access to the sandy public beach of Juan is only a 5 minute walk.

The buses (bus stop 5 minutes walk) and trains (train station 15 minute walk) are excellent running every few minutes. It is not essential to hire a car as you can get around easily by public transport.

In the lounge there is a large dark grey sofa bed opening up to a comfortable double (160 cm) sleeps 2. Many parents with small children use the master bedroom for the children so they can put the kids to bed with a video and have the lounge and balcony to themselves. Quite a nice way to enjoy the late evening in the south of France with a glass of wine on the balcony by candle light while the kids are happy doing their own thing. The lounge area opens on to the West facing private balcony which also has its own table and chairs, together with sun loungers, and electric remote controlled sun awning that is equipped with a wind sensor to automatically retract if the wind picks up. Best Yet.

We have now stayed the last 3 years at the complex Domaine Juan Flore and this is the best equipped apartment we have rented. Although ideal for couples it is equipped to accommodate a family with young children.

Position in the complex is very quiet and ideal for the beach.

Balcony ideal for meal times and has lovely views as you can see from the photographs.

Thanks to Cathy for making the renting of the apartment so easy. Getting the keys for the apartment and being shown round could not have been easier.

Chilled and relaxed

On arrival at this bright and welcoming apartment we were welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine to help us settle in. This was perfect while getting to grips with our location and reading through the welcome information. There are facilities within a short walk of the apartment (nice supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacist plus bars and restaurants). These were good for convenience when not wanting to walk too far. More variety in restaurants, bars, clubs and shops were located nearby in Juan Les Pins but we also enjoyed the bars and restaurants at Golf Juan (just turn right instead of left at the beach).

Getting back to the apartment, it was the perfect base for our holiday and the quality and cleanliness of the apartment fittings and equipment couldn't be faulted. Everything was spotlessly clean and with more than ample bed linen and towels both beach and bath. The apartment was excellently equipped with tv, dvd and cd player as well as wireless broadband which was a definite bonus and helped to keep us entertained on our one overcast day. The variety of books meant we didn’t have to go in search of English reading once our own supply ran out and we did even partake of some of the games!

Sitting on the apartment terrace was a small slice of heaven, perfect for sitting out to eat or drink at any time and the sun awning provided shade when wanting a little break from the sun. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again and have recommended it to our friends.

Fabulous Apartment & amazing location

We had a fantastic vacation in this beautiful apartment set in wonderful manicured gardens with a large pool. The apartment itself is located within a 2 minute walk to the beach with the option of lying on the beach itself or sunbed facilities with restaurants galore to lunch at.

It is also conveniently located within 10mins leisurely walking distance to all amenities of Juan les Pins resort and the beautiful Golf Juan. There are several restaurants in the center with a very convenient supermarket and hairdressers/beauty salon and the bus stop to and from the airport.

The flat itself is new and in excellent condition, decorated with taste and spotlessly clean with all mod-con facilities provided including Flat Screen TV’s with satellite television, Internet Facilities, ipod docking stations, dvd player. The apartment has a lovely balcony with table & 4 chairs which is perfect to sit and have breakfast or lunch or enjoy a glass of vino in the evening ...

The 2 major benefits of staying on this complex was the security. We were never worried about our belongings in our room or our car parked underground in the gated complex. The bus stop which is less than a 5 min walk from the apartment where a bus runs every 30mins directly to and from the airport for €16 return.

I would highly recommend the apartment and we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place

We have very comfortable and nice rest in this apparts.

Convenient location, near the sea and places of interest. A silent living complex with pleasant, friendly neighbours.

Appartments is very cozy and convenient for residing, there is all necessary for living and resting.

We had a rest with the husband and the child of 3,5 years and hope that sometime we will visit this place again.

It has been wonderful!

We stayed with our 3 kids this summer (2011) in that apartment, and they can absolutely recommend. The apartment is in a fenced-in facility which also has a pool. It is fully equipped and has eye to the delight of our two boys, even a Playstation. The facility is super clean, very quiet and the beach you need to walk 1 minute! It was really nice there and we will definitely come back next year again.

Very enjoyable break!

Myself and my wife spent a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is excellent, with beautifully manicured garden views from the balcony (where we chilled in the evening with a glass of Vino!) and plenty of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance (and of course the charming Juan-Les-Pins). The beach was also very accessible from the complex, so none of the hassle of carrying beach stuff for miles. The apartment itself was spotless and very well equipped, which helped make it feel like a home from home. We would highly recommend, and indeed will certainly return ourselves.
