It has gas central heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge area with flat screen TV with Freeview & DVD player and ground floor shower room with Bristan power shower. The ground floor double bedroom and upstairs twin bedroom are finished with blackout blinds and Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure a comfortable night's rest.

Came across the annexe while looking on your website,annexe doesn't do this property justice,its lovely has everything you need,plus a beautiful little courtyard garden which we managed to sit in on our first day,weather after that a bit changeable,would highly recommended your pretty modern holiday home,thank you

Quiet Norfolk break

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely clean and warm property. Very quiet. Nice village, supermarket and pub within walking distance which was good. Cake on arrival which was a lovely touch After getting stuck in traffic, it was a most welcome treat! Would definitely recommend this property

Wonderful quiet property with everything you could need.

Property in a lovely village in a good location with two very good pubs within walking distance. Good local bus service also so no need to drive anywhere if you wish to visit all of the attractions in the north Norfolk area. Andrew met us when we arrived and was on hand if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We are Andy and Ali and live next door, with our girls Millie and Arabella. We moved to Snettisham 14 years ago after falling in love with the area after many family holidays up here, we’re not quite locals yet but getting there!
