HOUSE Ideally located set back from the Paseo Maritimo of El Palo so avoiding all the noise yet just a few meters from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. Third floor utility room with second kitchen area and terrace with table and chairs. The terrace is partially
glassed in with sliding windows so you can eat outside no matter what the weather is like.You can go up again to the top terrace which also has a table and chairs and is an ideal spot to watch the sun set with a glass of wine. It has views over the bay of Malaga. Binoculars are available to watch the ships and occasional Dolphins !
The house is also available to rent through spainrentalsdirect where you will not have to pay a service fee.
For the beach there are Chairs, Umbrellas, mats, towels , bats and balls , buckets and spades..
Air conditioning in all bedrooms and heated towel rails in bathrooms.
The house is not the latest and greatest but more a family home.
Television, All Spanish channels plus BBC, ITV channels etc available via satellite

Beaches: The beaches in front of the house are made up of little coves so ideal for children.
El Palo and Pedregalejo beaches even though being very close to town have a unique character, they each have their bars and restaurants and both beaches are well maintained., every summer they celebrate the Virgin del Carmen (16th of July), patron saint of the fishermen, they take the Virgin out of her church and out to sea in a boat, while being followed in procession by the fishing boats. You can walk along the beaches of El Palo and Pedregalejo and continue your stroll till the Baños del Carmen and from there to the maritime promenade of Malaga that will lead you to the entrance of the park and from there to the town
Malaga: . Malaga itself is a lovely old town with lots of charm. It has maintained its Spanish character. Apart from a huge cultural offering of concerts and theatres, there are many museums and art galleries, the most famous being the Picasso museum and the Centre of Contemporary Art. Malaga is famous for its tapa bars in the historic centre and its fried fish on the beaches, it also has a fabulous nightlife. You can stay here for months and won´t run out of things to do and places to explore. Granada and Ronda being one hour's drive away
Language Schools: There are many Language schools in the Pedregalejo and El Palo area.
The house is within walking distance of most of them.
A taxi can be booked from the airport at a cost of 30 euros . The journey takes about 20 minutes, Its also possible to get the bus and train.
