There's also a modern family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. To the outside there is off road parking for one car. 1 Southgate is an ideal base for a family or group of friends looking to make the most of the nearby Peak District National Park during the day and the popular town of Buxton in the evening. Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Off road parking for 1 car, plus roadside parking on local streets available on a first come, first served basis. Bed linen and towels included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Note: The property is accessed via an external staircase.

The owner provides a welcome pack at this property that includes a small box of locally sourced chocolates, bottle of milk, tea, coffee and bottle of wine (red and white).
