A warm welcome, plus welcome pack awaits you at this rural holiday location. This property located on a quite country road. Ideally positioned for touring the whole of North Devon and Cornwall. With four Golf courses within 30 minutes drive, and a wide choice of excellent beaches and coves to explore and enjoy. There are excellent surfing beaches at Bude, Westward Ho! and Braunton. The fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep, stepped, cobbled streets and quaint harbour nearby.Local attractions include The Milky Way, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point and Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Alternatively, why not sit in the garden or on the raised veranda and relax, whilst overlooking the surrounding country side, with horses in the grazing the adjoining paddock.

What makes this barn unique

Privacy is assured with enclosed private parking area and lawn area for children play safely. The barn conversion adjoining to owners house, enjoys far-reaching views across the Devon countryside to Dartmoor.

Guests can explore the enclosed woodland picnic area with barbecue next to the natural beauty of Mambury and Stowford Moors (SSSI), owned by Devon Wildlife Trust - also 30-acre farmland (if free of animals, machinery).

Children can safely touch the horses when in the adjacent stables, enjoying personal contact with these beautiful animals.

We had a wonderful stay at Middlehills. The accommodation is extremely lovely, beautifully furnished with the owner leaving very grateful touches at the start of our holiday. We were unlucky with the weather during our one week stay but this did not stop us enjoying the games room and drives around the beautiful North Devon countryside. June 2012.

Wonderful accommodation, superb facilities, a great, very quiet location. For Sunday lunch try the Union Inn at Stibb Cross! July 2011.

Fantastically and thoughtfully appointed accommodation. A quiet rural setting but with easy access to beaches and amenities. We had a superb holiday!! April 2011.

We were a family of 8 and a toddler. My self and my partner and my 3 children and their partners.I wanted open plan so that we could spend our time together. It was perfect! It was definitely home from home, I could have happily moved in there!.
