An UNIQUE LUXURY modern Apartment,with a glass balcony.

There is full gas central heating and free Wi-Fi.

The lounge has a fantastic sea view to the front and a great view of the Whitby Football ground to the back.

There is a 40” free sat. smart TV.

The dining kitchen has built in appliances which include a dish washer, washer dryer, a combi microwave - oven and an ceramic hob.

The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room; a very comfortable Queen sized bed and mirrored wardrobes.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a mirrored chest of drawers.



Luggage/groceries can be unloaded from the car at the door, so you don't have to carry it down the street, as with so many properties in Whitby.


It is a short walk to the beach or just 200 yards to the beach/cliff lift. A five minute walk to Whitby Pavilion and Whitby Leisure Centre, and a five minute drive to Whitby Golf Club.

Great place to visit Whitby

Superb view, close to town. Good facilities and would visit again. The addition of towels is a must, we came over from Cyprus and had no room for towels had to buy some and leave them. This was a big dissapointment.

A great location

Access directions provided were a little unclear but once that was sorted there were no problems. It is worth noting that the apartment is up some narrow stairs so small items of luggage are advised; a big heavy suitcase would be a hassle.

The view is as per the picture and a real pleasure. The rear of the property looks over Whitby football club giving a great view of any matches played. Our daughter loves football so was delighted there were two matches during our three night stay. The cricket pitch is alongside but not such a good view.

Walking down to the beach is just a matter of crossing the road but I was grateful for the lift getting back up! Similarly it is a bracing stroll down to Whitby centre and an enjoyable taxi ride back.

The apartment is attractively laid out and decorated, well equipped too. The hand basin in the en suite bathroom is virtually useless. I can half understand towels not being provided although it is unusual in this type of property, however expecting guests to provide their own tea towels and bath mats is a bit much. These and a couple of other minor quibbles hold me back from giving five stars. Nevertheless a very attractive proposition for a stay in Whitby

Lovely luxurious apartment in outstanding location overlooking sea.

Owner has good taste in her fittings and decorations. Bathrooms are particularly well finished. View through the double doors over the balcony out to sea is spectacular. Kitchen also extremely well fitted with top quality appliances.

Lovely apartment. First impressions were great

Good use of the loft space and it was a great layout, modern and good views out to sea. First impressions were great. Looked very clean on the surface. It was the attention to detail what let it down. There was rubbish under the pillows on the sofa and the cushions had not been hoovered in a long time. So much dust and dirt under them. The double bed was the same at the back. Only noticed that coz my partner dropped his watch down there. The windows were dirty with hand prints (sticky fingers) and bird droppings ( seagulls which is expected) but this wasn't fresh dirt. It had been there a while. Cobwebs round the light fittings in the kitchen. For a professional cleaning company, it was shocking.

Parking was straight opposite and easy walking distance to the town centre, shops and pubs.

Fantastic Apartment with great views of the sea

We had a fantastic few days in Whitby staying in this good sized incredibly clean apartment. The apartment looks like it has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, so many great views of the sea, the bed was very comfortable, and a very good sized luxury bathroom. Our small dog had a good time too and loved watching the birds through the glass doors. We took the picture perfect 10 minute walk into town every day, nice touch that parking scratch cards are provided, so there was no need for us to use the car. We took the bus to Robin Hood bay which was well worth the visit. Top cafe in Whitby was Cranberry Swamp as they had a very good Gluten Free selection. We loved our stay in Whitby and would definitely stay at the apartment again.

Bright, modern, well-kept apartment with impressive views.

The apartment is bright, warm, well-equipped and well-located. Ample parking nearby, using permits provided by the owner. Mini-supermarket five minutes' walk away. The apartment is within walking distance of the town centre, There is a Lidl a short drive away, and another supermarket near the harbour.

The apartment building is located above the town, so it's an uphill climb from the town centre. The apartment is located at the top of the building, accessed via stairs. No problem if you're reasonably fit.

The Whalebone Arch is nearby and the views of Whitby from the coastal path are great. The path along the seafront is suitable for buggies, wheelchairs etc.

Easy driving access to main routes to Pickering, Sandsend and the Moors.

Plenty of restaurants and bars in the harbour area, which is on the same side of town as the apartment.

The views from the apartment are impressive. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.
